Harry Potter: Monarch of Magic

William Reginal was once an insignificant figure following the flow of a mundane society without leaving any noticeable mark of existence. During a sleep no different from any other, William came in contact with the unspeakable, and unimaginable for a mortal, demon or even a god. Something greater. Far greater. When he awoke from his slumber a changed being, it marked the beginning of a legendary time in which he would be at the core of events that would be etched into the annals of time. ---------------------- Disclaimer: All publicly recognizable characters, settings, etc, are the property of their respective owners, William Reginal, Vincent Helin, and others. Ancestor Wand!

As the store returned to calm, Ollivander returned to his usual attitude but was extremely surprised in his heart. "To think you would choose this wand Mr Reginal, truly destined should I say. This wand is not one of our creations, but a rare masterpiece discovered by my ancestors. My grandfather with his long experience once told me that this wand was built in ages beyond our time, a masterpiece crafted by one of the greatest for the greatest. The crest at the back Mr Reginal is the crest of the Ambrosious lineage. Haha, what a day for me. Take it, Mr Reginal! It has chosen you!

Snape and William were equally stunned by the revelation, however, after feeling the unique connection between the wand and himself, William happily thanked Ollivander for his help and exited with Snape. It was not William who was overly excited at getting a new wand, but rather what followed after. The moment he touched the wand, the system interrupted with a rare unsummoned appearance.

"Ding! Detecting unique inheritance item! The Wand of Eternity (Masked State)! Choose to infuse bloodline power and awaken?"

Although extremely tempted William refrained from doing so in public, but patiently waited till he returned to his home. After a brief check of his items, William confirmed he bought everything necessary and moved to thank Snape for his help. However, following his small conversation, Snape said something that stunned him briefly before smiling and giving a slight nod and walking away in response, placing a unique crested badge into his pocket as he walked away. If one looked closely they would see the Slytherin crest on it. This was Snape's attempt in bringing in an excellent seed for his house. Scouting of sorts.

Although not firmed in his mind, William was more biased towards joining three of the four houses. Even though Snape's unexpected enthusiasm for inviting him to Slytherin did not tip the scales in his choice, it certainly didn't negatively affect William's choice for the house either.

Putting away distracting thoughts, William quickly arrived at his private villa in the expanded Sentinel base and entered a unique sparsely lit yet bright room riddled with wards and spells to protect it. This was safe ground for William of sorts, to train, relax, contemplate and more. After a brief moment of thinking, William firmly thought in his mind, "Infuse!".

"Ding! Bloodline infusion activated...awakening successful...upgrade in progress:

[Greater Dragon Heartstring Core]: Upgraded to (True Dragon King Heartstring Core)

[Soul Wood Body]: Upgraded to (Origin Wood Body)

[Unicorn Coiling Veins]: Upgraded to (Pegasus Coiling Veins)"

"Hiss!". William could not help but take in a cold breath of air suddenly, letting oxygen rush into him. If the wand before was one that could match the greatest wands in the present, however now it could rival any wand in the past and defeat it with ease. However to know if this wand can defeat one crafted by Death himself, the 'Elder Wand', well...only time would tell.

After the wand finished its awakening, William gripped it once again, however this time, there was no massive display of power, but rather a subtle in-depth connection between the two. If William was able to destroy hills without his wand, then with it he could shatter mountains. This was the extension of power it brought him, not as an external entity, but rather as a part of him. The wand felt one with him, in tune with William's will.

The months passed quickly following William's shopping spree in Diagon Alley. For the past few days, William has been spending a lot of time with Vincent in London, carefully planning the expansion of the muggle businesses and underground power grab. Although powerful, William has no intention of causing an uproar in the muggle world. The negative impacts it can bring are not at all pleasant. Currently, many of the former gangs within London have mysteriously disappeared from the streets and even some possible terror groups running around were tracked by William's more discrete Acolytes and brought for 're-education'. Although not a hero, if he can prevent unnecessary death in line with his plans, William was more than happy to extend himself a bit.

William's time dealing with his various forces was draining but equally fulfilling for him, he knew his hard work would pay off in the future. However today such hard work was put on pause! Having his signature ancient robe becomes a less eye-catching simple shirt, William put on the renowned Hogwarts emblemless robe, collected his items into a simple briefcase with a stretch spell, had Electra who was sadly not allowed to come to Hogwarts hide in his special pocket for a while and travelled to Kings Cross Station with an eye-catching entourage.

For normal people, the tens of suited men with sunglasses surrounding William, a small child was simply a rich child trying to experience the life of normal people by going on a train, although curious, everyone soon lost interest. Helplessly sending away the guards, William thanked Vincent sincerely and told him to take care and watched as they all left, a bunch of middle-aged men nearly crying over sending a child to school...what has the world come to?

Turning around William focused on the pillar between platforms nine and ten, and without any hesitation walked in calmly, disappearing from sight into the stone structure, no one noticing any anomaly. As William slowly appeared on a similar-looking train platform, he looked above his head to see the funny-looking sign, "Platform Nine and Three Quarters". Smiling lightly, William looked around at the various little wizards bustling to get into the train, parents sending them off and the majestic vintage red train emitting steam.

Nodding in appreciation, William walked past everyone calmly, entered through one of the compartments and travelled all the way back and found a peaceful and empty carriage. Placing his briefcase into the overhead storage with a quick spell, William calmly seated himself in a closed area and began reading over the "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by Newt Scamander", despite remembering the contents, William found it an interesting book no matter how many times he read it. The information on various mythical creatures was always interesting to him.

As about ten minutes passed, the train was preparing to set off and the final children were boarding. As William was reading he heard his compartment open and saw two girls walk in, one had a clear eastern look, long black hair, and a timid smile, obviously nervous about attending her first day of school. The second girl with reddish blonde hair was equally timid but held the other girl's hand and walked into the compartment without hesitation. After being stunned for a moment, William recognised the two girls as those who are particularly well known in the world's past work.

Feedback welcome. :) Also should I break apart the paragraphs more?
