CH-14 : Day before the start of journey 1

*SPLASHHH!!*

sound of clashing could be heard from sea area close to calm belt. The cause of the sound was Kraken and Pride as they were fight.One after another ripples continued to appear on the sea because of shockwaves created by the clash of Pride's and kraken attacks.

Pride's Pov~

It has already been 15 minutes since I and kraken started to fight again.Right now one of the kraken legs was in front of me and was about to me, seeing the incoming attack I countered it by throwing a left arm punch while covering it with conqueror's flow.

*BOOM~*

But just after I countered this attack another legs of the kraken came out the water at a fast pace and since I was very near of the kraken I wasn't able to evade the attack and got hit.

After getting hit by the kraken hundreds of meter long leg, with a BANG!! sound I was thrown fifty meters under the sea.After stabilizing myself under the the sea I shot upward again towards the area were I was a few second ago.

Then with a *SPLASHH!!* sound I appeared on the surface of the sea and it looked as if i was standing on the sea.

Then I looked toward kraken who had a tensed aura around him and was currently looking at me with wry eyes.

"Oyy~ oyy why did your attacks became so weak? Haven't you eaten breakfast today?" I asked in a provoking tone and teasing smile....

As if feeling insulted the kraken roared angrily, *BOOOO~* *BOOOOO!* *BOOO!!*

Seeing kraken who was continuously roaring "BOO" I knew it was saying something in sea monster language but as I don't have "voice of all thing" i couldn't understand what it was saying.So,I could only try my best to guess what it's trying to say.

A few second later it stopped roaring I mean speaking.Seeing that it stopped i nodded my head then looked towards it with serious expression and said, "So, you are saying that....I am handsome.Thank you for the praise but if you think just because you praised me i won't beat you up then you are wrong.This is our final battle so no matter how much you beg me today you will still have to be beaten"

*BOOOOOO!!!*

Just after I finished speaking kraken made another angry roar and attacked me.

"It seems that my guess was wrong..." I thought while dodging the attack.

After dodging the attack I used moon-walk to go even higher in the sky.After I reaching 100 meter up in sky I stopped using moon-walk as I don't need to go any higher then this, afterward a deep purple coloured circular float glass appeared under my feet which is helping me to remain standing in the air.

Well you see when the progress of my gravity fruit had reached 100 percent it was awakened.It seems that 100 percent progress was the requirement of fruit awakening.After my gravity power had went through it's awakening I learned many new skill such as Meteor Pitch, Meteor shower and Gravity glass.

The gravity glass allows me to compress gravity into the form of a float glass which can protect me from weak attacks under a limited range but I don't need it to save me from attacks, so I use it like a tool that helps me remain standing on sky or air...

After stabilizing myself in the sky a cheerful smile appeared on my face, "It's time to finish the fight kraken as I need to return and make preparation for tomorrow~~" I spoke while looking at kraken.

Then I slowly raised both of my hand towards the sky, then few deep purple rings shot out from my hand and vanished into the cloud.

After that I pointed my right hand at kraken to which another purple ring came out and shot towards kraken.

Kraken tries to counter it with his leg attack but when the purple ring came into touch with kraken's leg it vanished.Seeing the attack didn't hurt kraken's became confused and looked towards me...and saw that I was waveing at him with a cheerful smile which made him feel like something bad was about to happened....

"Hope you like the farewell gift, Meteor shower~~"

Then~ as if sensing something the kraken looked towards the clouds in the sky, just as it moved it's attention towards the sky...

*FIWSSHH* *FWISSSHHH* *FWISSSSHHH* *FWISSSHHH*

One after another four big meteors of appeared out of the clouds and started to fall towards the kraken.

Seeing the incoming meteors kraken's eyes sinked in horror and a dread session spread throughout it's body.Each af the meteors were more then hundreds of meters big and they falling towards him at a alarming pace.

Kraken knew his body was too big to dodge the attack, so he could only try to reduce the damage by diving into the sea.

So,it quickly dived into the sea and was trying to go deeper into the sea but before it could go any deeper into the sea the meteors had already reached it.....

*BOOOMMM*

*BOOMMMMM*

*BANGGGG*

One after another big explosions appeared on the sea because of the meteors, ripples spread through sea.After a few minutes the impact of the attack came to an stop and the sea became calm again.

Pride's Pov~

While standing on the sky I was staring at the place where my meteors shower had fall but after a few minutes I saw that kraken wasn't coming out anymore...

Don't get the wrong idea it's not dead as I can still sense the life force of kraken under the sea with my observation haki.Even though it might have gotten injured by my attacks it won't die.Right now it seems that kraken doesn't want to continue fight anymore and I also don't want to kill him as he was my fighting partner for the past one years...

"Well!! Since you don't want to fight anymore I will be going back." I said in a big voice.

Then I stopped paying anymore attention to the kraken and started looking around while holding a compass in my hand as I was searching for the direction of Neko Island.

"Hmmm...this should be way to calm belt, then this should be the way to Neko Island.. " after pointing at one of the direction, I started moving in that direction.

Sometime later~

I was standing in the middle of sea while looking at the blue sea....

"Shit!! It seems that I lost my way back home...." I said while slaping my forehead.Then I continued with a sigh, "I will need to find navigator for my ship as soon as possible."

After that I continued to move in random direction in search of Neko Island.....
