"Zenkai, it's getting really hot."

"Just keep walking I think I can see the Taeju region, we can stop there to eat and Kaijo is right after that."

They walked and finally made it into the Taeju region.

"Let's rest up here Darling."

They sat down and when they did a group of six people walked past, one of them stopped and took money out of his pocket.

"Here, go get something to eat."

Darling looked up and slapped his hand away.

"We're not homeless people who need money from you, take your money and keep walking."

The guy smiled and apologized as he walked away.

"Zenkai lets go."

"Did you have to deny his money? We coulda got doubled the food."

"That guy knew we weren't homeless yet he teased us, plus he's a special."

"He was?"

"Not just him, his whole group were specials. Anyways let's go."

Darling and Zenkai walked into a bar and sat somewhere.

"Itsuki where did you go?"

"Nowhere, just had to say hello to some people."

"Okay let's go, our teachers are waiting and did you hear about what happened to the Kaijo bridge?"

"Yeah, no big deal just a little rumble between specials"

Welcome everyone, after everything that happened we decided to put the counterattack on pause. We decided to hold a tournament between the schools; I voted you guys to represent the Kaijo region.

"So today we will mostly learn to improve."

"Improve what?"

"So for someone like Jasmin, her skill isn't a fighting type so she might have to pick up a sword to defend herself and the rest of y'all will tell me your weaknesses and we will work hard to improve your weaknesses."

"My weakness is just the heat, it weakens my ice and the hotter it is the less ice I can make."

"Okay so we will put you in a room full of heat and you have to keep yourself cool with ice, but if you get too weak to make any more you'll stay in there for an hour as a punishment."

"I don't know my weakness for my gravity skill, I don't think it has a weakness or a limit that's been shown to me and my portals open whenever I want them to."

"Can you use both skills at once or open portals one after the other no break?"

"I can use both at once, but I never did it. I can open a portal after every 3 seconds that's my record right now at least"

"Okay so try to hit 2 seconds and use your gravity ability at the same time."

"My limits are I can only summon weapons from only 50 miles away."

Dr. Understand pulls out Curtana, the Sword of Mercy.

"Omg is that-"

"Yup, one of the legendary 11 swords of history. I'll put this in the Kanto region which is about 62 miles away, I think, wait for me."

Dr. Understand walked out, everyone sat there and watched as he came back in after a minute.

"Okay, I put Curtana somewhere you just have to try and summon it."

"Um okay."

"Now everyone, go do what I told you to do."

JX was escorted to a room. Shin started opening his portals and using his gravity ability. Rai was trying hard to summon Curtana. Jasmin looked around and didn't know what to do.

"Jasmin follow me."

She looked at him and followed.

"Come in Anakin."

Another one of his guards walk in with a cart. Dr. Understand walks toward it and pulls off the cover, on top of that cart is a bunch of weapons swords daggers and scythes Jasmin walked up and looks surprised.

"Go ahead choose one."

Jasmin looks around and picks up a black scythe and lifts it over her shoulder

"I like this one."

"Okay well you can keep it, you can leave now Anakin"

"Wait, I can keep this?"

"Yup, I don't mind just don't break it or lose it."

Vannox, Flakes, Itsuki, Akiko, Yui, and Daiki you guys will be representing Taeju in the battle of regions

Everyone says ok and returns to training

Their teacher walks forward

"I'm not worried about the Kanto, Chubu, Shikoku, and Kyushu regions but there's a teacher goes by Dr.Understand whatever group he nominates probably won't be some losers so take them out first the rest should be lightweights anyways I gotta head to the headquarters to sign yall up"

Dr. Understand puts his shoes on and walks to the door.

"About the scroll, there were only two groups that were shown the scroll, they were mostly people who were highly assumed to be the miracle of those two group which were you guys in Kaijo and another group in Taeju meaning if they were shown the scroll there's a lot of promising talent over there so be careful."

Everyone listened to what Dr. Understand said then continued their training as he headed out.

"I'll be going to the Headquarters, they'll be the one funding this. I'll sign y'all up."

"That food was small but surprisingly good Darling."

"Yeah but we finally made it to where the bridge used to be."

"Yeah, I see it but how will we get across."

"Okay let me explain my ability one more time, I can take people's ability. It can stockpile if I never use it but once I activate the ability I have 10 minutes to do whatever I want with it then it'll disappear from my arsenal, but that doesn't mean I can't steal that power again."

"So do you have a useful power on you right now?"

"Yeah, I never used Dr. Understands ability."

"His time stuff?"

"Yea I'm looking through his skill set right now and I'm shocked, he's loaded with deadly abilities."

"Which ones are useful?"

"Well there's a lot but the only one I can understand is Rewind."

"Rewind?"

"It can return a person, a group, or object to a specific time but can only go back two days before the time it's used."

"What day is it?"

"I don't know how long we were sleeping, and our phones probably dropped during Sins attack. The only thing we can do is try the ability."

They walk up to where the bridge used to be, Darling steps toward and touches the floor he then imagines the bridge and shouts Rewind. A bolt appears on the ground then some metals, in a second the bridge returned to its original state.

"Wow you did it."

"I can barely stand, that took a lot out of me. I don't know if Dr. Understand used this ability before but it probably weakens him when he does."

"Maybe, let's go."

Zenkai and Darling walk for almost half an hour when they see the dorms, they got happy and run to the entrance. They grabbed the door and opened it and looked at everyone while they trained, they all stopped and looked at Zenkai and Darling.

"Are we seeing ghosts?"

"Um I don't think so."

Zenkai and Darling looked at everyone just staring at them.

"Wait did you guys think we died?"

"Well yeah? The whole place got destroyed and Dr even investigated the area and there there were no traces of y'all."

"Well we woulda died but we got some help from a random."

Jasmin and Rai went and hugged Darling and Zenkai, they probably cried tears of joy as Shin and JX walked up and gave them a fist bump.

"Glad to have y'all back"

"If it isn't the Great Dr. Understand"

"What do you want Dr. Kenzen?"

"Oh nothing it's just I heard two of your students are you know."

He lifts his hand and puts it near his throat and makes it look like his neck is getting cut, Dr. Understand puts down his clipboard and looks at Kenzen.

"What does it gotta do with you?"

"Oh nothing I'm just saying watch your back during the battle of regions, I gained three extraordinary students and I wouldn't want them to accidentally hurt your students you know."

"I can see you're still mad you got ranked below me, Kenzen, you're a child who can't let go and is full of Jealousy."

"At least I didn't try to kill my comrades because of a failed plan, Understand, I'm surprised you didn't kill everyone in Taeju because your students died."

"Unlike you, Kenzen, I can let go of the past"

Dr. Understand walks away calmly and heads out of the building while Dr. Kenzen seemed furious, he also left and returned to his group.

"Flakes, Vannox, and Itsuki."

They walked up.

"Yes sir."

"Eliminate team Kaijo."

"Like kill them?"

"Do what you gotta do to win. Kill, injure, blow up, disqualify it's up to you, just win."

Itsuki laughs.

"Sir I don't Know what team Kaijo did to you or how strong they are, but they can't stop us three even if the other three in our group are already proficient. Don't worry about it, we won't lose."
