Phantom Twelve

The Demon ran toward Kuzan with claws growing sharp from his fingers. Liquid fluid leaked from the tip of his finger.

"Must be poison or something," Kuzan said as he dodged his strikes and used his sword to change the direction the attacks came in.

Kuzan opened a portal behind him and jumped in it backward, closing the portal. He then appeared on the other side.

"Your attacks are pretty slow, At least for me," Kuzan uttered.

"I am a demon, one of the twelve. Even if I don't compare to the likes of Dachi, Moses, or even Carson, I am still a demon and can never lose to the likes of a lowly human like you."

"I see." Kuzan then took a step forward.

"That would be sad if you lost to a lowly human." Kuzan sword disappeared, and an all-black Scythe with a skull at the bottom came over his shoulder.

"But you're losing to me. I commend your efforts, but lowly being like you twelve demons don't affect the prophecy."

"Who are you." The demon said as he looked into Kuzans core only to find nothing there

He backed up as he fell backward

The ground split as the lava came out of the earth and poured out.

Kuzan started floating and threw his Scythe at the demon as it circled the demon, closing in on it.

"Tell me everything about what's going on," Kuzan asked.

"Many years ago, twelve demons were sealed by the Gods."

Kuzan then stopped him.

"I never asked for a backstory. I said, tell me what's happening currently and how many demons are roaming around."

"I don't know how many minor demons escaped, but all twelve of the Phantom has made its way out. Killing all twelve will eradicate every monster on the lands.

"I see."

As Kuzan was about to strike, some people appeared near him.

"Eclipse," Kuzan said as he turned around to find every Eclipse member standing there.

We've been missing from the scene for a while but go out and cause mayhem and do whatever. Let's remind the world Eclipse was resting; It's not dead.

As they left, Kuzan turned his attention back to the Demon.

He ran toward it, grabbing its head showing it many things.

The demon's eyes rolled back as he took in all the information.

Kuzan stopped as it fell to the ground and cried. He looked back at Kuzan, questioning what he saw.

"What you saw is the Coming Chaos compared to that this little devil thing is nothing."

Kuzan grabbed the demon again and switched worlds, and then kicked it through a building. Many people saw the monster in front of them and started running.

The demon looked up as he saw Kuzan walking toward him. He couldn't move. He was scared.

"I-I'm shivering. How can I, one of the twelve, be scared I'm a monster."

He then got up and let out a roar that shook everything near him. As he was letting it all out, Kuzan sliced his neck clean and quick

His head lay on the floor as he watched Kuzans back walking away.

"That wasn't a human, that was a-" he died before he continued his sentence.

Kuzan made his weapon disappear and returned to his world.

"What do you wanna buy, Lyssa." Asked Hikari as they walked through the streets of Jadia.

They entered a part of Jadia that had civilians that hated Specials. They gave them stares as Lyssa and Hikari walked through.

"Isn't that those people who live in the castle." They whispered.

"Devil worshippers run our country. I can't stand it." They said.

Hikari grabbed Lyssa and rushed out of sight.

"You probably didn't get time to notice due to the war and everything, but Jadia is a country that believes Specials are God-haters and Devil worshippers."

"I see," Lyssa said. She looked around and noticed a murderous aura coming toward them.

Her chains dropped from her hands and almost touched the floor.

Hikari looked at Lyssa and then looked around.

"What is it." She whispered.

"Shh," Lyssa replied as she looked around.

A regular demon jumped from nowhere, and Lyssa swung her chain, impaling it from the front, and it dropped dead.

"What is this," Lyssa asked as she got closer to it. She then turned around and looked at the sky as she saw a swarm of those things heading toward Jadia and twelve beings standing above the country.

Carson flew toward Dachi.

"Rui is dead." He said to him.

"He died that fast? We just landed." Moses said as he heard the conversation.

"Rui wasn't that strong, but he is a phantom demon the fact someone took him out this fast means this planet isn't a pushover."

"You're imperfect, a gateway for the demons, yet you aren't accepted anywhere, not as a human and not as a demon. You stand on a scale but not on either side."
