Azkar confirms that his chances of winning against Zytharion have improved. While he believes he can defeat him using his full power, a 45% chance of success is not enough. Before confronting Zytharion, Azkar must clarify the identity Zytharion has mistaken him for. Now fully prepared, Azkar decides to eliminate Zytharion, he'll know everything from his memories after eliminating him.
"Let me ask you something. Is this crystal really sealing you? Because I'm not sure how you can kill someone without coming out from the crystal," Azkar said, directing the question to both Zytharion and his system.
[Master, this crystal seal has weakened, and he can free himself from this crystal of blasphemy. However, if he does, his entire physical body won't be able to handle his immense soul value, and his body will be destroyed within just 10 minutes after emerging from this crystal of blasphemy. This is why he needs a physical body to free himself.]
"You... enough," Zytharion said, eyeing Azkar standing in front of the [crystal of blasphemy], his thoughts racing, "What's his Kind doing here on this planet? I cannot kill him if others are nearby. I have to hurry and kill him. After using his body, I'll free myself."
Crack... Crack!
Azkar witnessed the crystal cracking. Unless Zytharion emerged from this seal, Azkar realized he couldn't attack the crystal—any attempt would be considered an act of freeing him. That's why no one could release him from the outside.
BOOOM!
Zytharion emerged from the crystal, confident in his ability to defeat the enemy before him. However, Zytharion noticed that Azkar didn't even budge from his place, finding it unsettling. Considering Azkar's cultivation rank, there should be nothing stopping him from defeating Azkar.
"Take your true form. I'll kill you in your full power," Zytharion declared with arrogance, contemplating, "Seraphim uses faith energy to fight, and I've deployed a barrier that will sever his connection with the faith of his followers."
"So, you really know me," Azkar thought, "How did he find out about my real identity? I never showed it to anyone. Even during the Lake City invasion, I wore a mask. How did he know about it?"
"Hahaha, I learned it after seeing you in the battlefield during the Lake City invasion," Zytharion thought, "My soul fragment (demonic cat) observed all the events in the battlefield. After it was killed by your hand, I received all the memories from my soul fragment and discovered your identity. There's no doubt you are the Seraphim, but why are you so weak? Do you lack followers? I'll find out after taking over your body."
"Cube of nothingness," Azkar thought.
Instantly, a large pure white cube consumed Zytharion. Seeing this, Azkar thought, "Does he think I'm going to chat with him? Hahaha, of course not."
"Interesting tricks," Zytharion said while floating far away from the cube, pondering, "What is this? I've never heard of this attack used by the Seraphim. I felt if I got trapped in the cube, I'd die without any chance of resistance. If not for my sense Nullification, I'd be dead for sure."
"So you can evade this?" Azkar said, thinking, "It's impossible to dodge because every attack from my eyes happens instantly without delay in null second. How did he survive this?"
Azkar thought, even though he cannot die, it doesn't mean he can play with his enemies—it's just pure arrogance.
"God Mode."
Azkar contemplated it, and his whole body began to change into his real form.
BOOOM!
Azkar is floating in the cave, his figure donned in an all-encompassing black robe adorned with celestial infinity symbols. He's wearing a white full-face mask, revealing only his eyes—red with the Metatron's Cube symbol in both pupils representing the Origin Codic Particle. His long, flowing white hair magnifies his divine aura, while large white Wings of Codic Origin open gracefully behind him. A short black halo spins gracefully above his head, causing time and space to behave differently in his presence. The calm confidence exuded by his presence manifests a sense of omnipotence.
"[[Let's Fight, Demon]]," Azkar declared in an emotionless voice. In his god form, he harnessed his full power and second brain, shedding all emotions to become a relentless killing machine.
Witnessing Azkar's transformation, Zytharion was shaken to his core. Azkar's eyes lacked any trace of emotion, resembling a higher being ready to pass judgment for his crimes.
"Ancient Magic, Fire of Creation," Zytharion cast his attack, observing Azkar still floating in the cave as if nothing mattered in his divine presence.
A large fire phoenix headed straight towards Azkar.
BOOOM!
"You may call yourself a god, but everyone knows your kind is hypocritical. Your arrogance will be your weakness, Seraph," Zytharion proclaimed, confident that by cutting Azkar's connection with his followers, Azkar wouldn't have enough power to survive his attack.
"[[ Is that so? Why not have a taste of your own attack]] " Azkar responded devoid of any emotion—neither in his eyes, voice, nor face.
"Impossible! I cut your connections with your faith energy..." Zytharion attempted to speak further, but his words halted as he witnessed a colossal crimson phoenix, twice the power of his own attack.
"No... How?" Zytharion felt pure terror engulfing him as the phoenix surged towards him.
BOOOM!
"[[ Know your place. Even if you have a higher cultivation rank than me, it doesn't make you invincible in my presence ]] " Azkar stated, maintaining his position, floating in the cave.
Azkar's reflected attack struck Zytharion, slamming him into the cave wall, leaving a huge crater. Although Zytharion's body was burned by the attack, it instantly regenerated.
"You're not a Seraphim? Who are you?" Zytharion realized that the being before him was not who he had thought.
"[[ If you're about to die by my hand in just one fight, it means you're a side character villain with a short backstory, which makes me the main character ]] " Azkar stated devoid of emotion—neither in his eyes, voice, nor face.
"What are you saying? I..." Zytharion attempted to speak but stopped.
"[[ Your destiny is to become my loot. There is nothing you can do to change it ]] " Azkar declared, maintaining his position, floating in the cave.
"[[ No more cave ]]" Azkar declared.
BOOOM!
The entire cave was obliterated, and Zytharion was thrown by the shockwave. The entire 1 km area around the cave became barren, devoid of any life forms or forests.
Azkar saw Zytharion, one of the Primordial demons who sacrificed everything to achieve power, beneath him in the ground. Zytharion also looked up at him with confused eyes, tainted with traces of hatred.
"I underestimated you. Now it's time to finish this. After this, I'll drink your blood and kill anyone you hold dear, Hahaha," Zytharion declared as he prepared to take his demon form.
"[[ You have an interesting idea, but you're too late to accomplish your task because everyone I held dear to my heart is already dead ]] " Azkar stated in an emotionless tone, remaining in his position, floating in the sky.
BOOOM!
"DEMON TRANSFORMATION."
"Hahahaha, hahahaha. Come now, I'll drink your blood after defeating you. I'll not kill you before you beg for mercy. I'll torture you to your last breath," Zytharion proclaimed in his demonic transformation, appearing as if he emerged from the very pits of hell.
