Tóm tắt

A talent that suddenly emerged out of nowhere shocked the volleyball world in Japan. A star was born that day. However, he suddenly disappeared just as quickly as he appeared. Just like a shooting star. "That guy... he's no longer a genius... he's now nothing but a fallen crow..." Yet, contrary to all expectations. "Nah, I'd adapt..." A small spark still remained. The one who had fallen was now reborn! Despite his limits, he pushed through, and all that was left were new heights to reach! Chapter 1Chapter 0: Read This First!

Hey, guys.

It's me, mythoast!

In this post, I'll be sharing what you can expect to be different in this story compared to my past sports genre fanfiction.

So, let's get into it.

-------------------------------

Over the last year, I've learned so much while writing fanfictions. I'd like to thank you all since this is only possible with everyone's feedback along the way.

I'm truly thankful and grateful to have you around.

Back then, before I started writing, I mostly just watched memes to get a good laugh, but that's rarely the case these days. I really enjoy interacting with y'all. It's been a source of fun since y'all are mad funny.

So please interact more with the story this time too!

A huge shoutout to all my patrons who have supported me throughout this journey!

Through ups and downs, you stuck around. It's touching, and I genuinely feel the need to mention it here. It might not seem like much to some, but every penny matters to me.

And honestly, it's not about the money, but the motivation you give me to keep going.

Thank you, and I appreciate you!

An honorable mention goes to PhantomsVow, Sam, CHEONMA, and DaoOfPlow for being active in the chat group. It might seem like simple interactions, but I truly appreciate you all for responding to my silly messages sometimes.

Love y'all!

Special thanks to PhantomsVow for being a huge support throughout my writing journey.

You're a wise dude who gave me tons of feedback that's beyond helpful. I would sometimes (many times, actually) ask you to explain things I couldn't describe with words and somehow, you made it make sense, lol.

I wasn't planning to talk about real-life stuff with a stranger, but somehow I did with you.

I appreciate you, and I wish you the best, my friend!

I wanted to tell everyone to go read your story, but you use a different pen name here, so I'm not sure if I should share it with y'all.

But either way, somewhere on this platform, he writes…

So please go and support him... somehow.

-------------------------------

And now...

This new fanfiction of mine should feel quite familiar to you all in terms of genre since I used to write Kuroko no Basket before.

It seems I have an easier time writing action sports than fight action fanfiction. I only realized this after cruising through and writing all the way up to 20 chapters.

So, I guess once I'm done with this—just like how I finished Kuroko no Basket—I'll definitely write Blue Lock because, quite frankly, it's so fucking HYPE!

I'm sure this will be easier to write than KnB, which I've completed. Especially since I was a volleyball player back in middle school and played competitively.

Though, I guess I wasn't hardworking or talented enough to go pro.

And I'm only 174 cm (5'7") tall, which is a bit of a problem since I don't have Hinata Shoyo's super jump.

But either way, I'm way more familiar with volleyball than basketball. (The only problem I may have is probably the terms since English is my 4th language)

Although I do hoop, I was more of a casual hooper, playing once in a while with friends.

It's undeniable that my KnB fanfiction is my best-performing fanfiction ever. I used to update two chapters a day for the story when I was unemployed, lol. I hope to do it again with this one and hopefully get people hooked on the story.

Having more positive interactions with the story is far more motivating than any numbers ever.

-------------------------------

But, of course, I understand there are downsides to my KnB story.

And there are two main concerns you all have, which are:

1. Lack of romance

2. Lack of side stories and too much focus on the sport

So I heard your concerns and made adjustments with this new story of mine.

This time around, we'll have a romance, and the pairing goes:

OC x Kiyoko Shimizu

I've watched enough drama to finally write a proper romance this time.

But please don't be too harsh with me in case I mess it up lol.

As for the second concern, I do understand that my Kuroko no Basket fanfiction lacked side stories and could be quite boring since many of you would rather wait for the next game against the Generation of Miracles.

However, this time, I'll be adding side stories that are hopefully better, as I'll be combining two anime into this world.

I only included two because I know too many won't work.

My Food Wars story is an example of that. I put too many worlds together in one story, and not everyone appreciated certain worlds, so they ended up skipping those parts.

As a writer, I'd love for people to read everything since it means I succeeded in hooking them into the story and giving them the entertainment they wanted—or hopefully expected.

I take it upon myself that it was a mistake on my part, and I've decided to find a good balance that actually supports the character's development. Because as a reader myself, I know just how frustrating it was to wait for an arc you don't like to read.

That's why I'm only combining two of these below (thank you guys for recommending these two anime):

1. Saekano

The MC will have a side job as a writer, so he'll interact with some characters from that anime. I won't spoil too much, but it should be far more interesting than just beating up thugs or training arcs like in Kuroko no Basket.

2. Bakuman

Since the MC is a writer, his story will progress until it reaches the point of receiving offers for adaptations, of course. Just like with other light novels, his writing will follow the classic path to anime.

So, instead of creating OCs, I'd rather use some well-known characters from these two anime so it'll be easier for you all to enjoy.

And, a little bit different from my Kuroko no Basket fanfiction, where the MC is overpowered from the beginning, I would like to have my MC not as overpowered at the start.

So instead of a grown monster, I'd go with the growing monster route.

He's still mad crazy, but he has his development phases.

Besides, the MC is not a reincarnated person, so I'd have more flexibility with his character and persona since he's not an 'adult' in a teenager's body.

-------------------------------

Update Schedule (I will notify you guys whenever there was a change):

7 chapters a week, 1 chapter every day!

Bonus:

3 bonus chapters available for each weekly milestone achieved.

The weekly power stone milestones:

Tier 1: 100 power stones

Tier 2: 250 power stones

Tier 3: 500 power stones

Besides the normal chapters I will be posting every day, every time we hit the 100, 250, and 500 marks, I will gradually post the bonus chapters along with the normal chapters according to the schedule.

So, if you want more chapters, please support this story with your power stones!

Notes: Consistent update will start at Early Jan since I'd be unemployed by then! I'll put a special notes when it happened and maybe surprise you guys with a bonus chap!

-------------------------------

With that being said, I welcome you all to read my Haikyuu fanfiction titled "Haikyuu: Nah I'd Adapt!"

Once again, I appreciate you all for hopping in, and I hope you have fun reading my story this time.

And if you've made it this far into this post, please do me a favor and leave a review for this story because, apparently, it helps others find this book more easily!

Haikyuu is my favourite sports anime. So, this fanfiction is a treat for me. First of all, Author, you are a genius in storytelling and writing. The best thing in this fanfic is all the character interactions which are extremely good. But I am just disappointed in one thing and that is the mc being too op. The best thing about haikyuu is its realistic approach. Whenever, I watch a match in haikyuu my blood pumps rapidly and my heartbeat increases due to the anticipation of what would happen next. I get goosebumps during those matches. But if the mc is too strong then it takes away all these emotions and the story becomes boring. Although I am not a fan of nerfing op characters for the plot, but I understand that it's important for character development and story. Honestly, you could have placed mc in different team like with oikawa who can utilize the talent of mc very well. Moreover, having mc with hinata and kageyama is like having ushiwaka with the freak duos in karasuno. I mean who can defeat them and it takes away all those tension and thrilling moments because I know that they will be unbeatable. You could have given mc more aptitude and potential enough to surpass ushiwaka and sakusa. However, for some reasons, he couldn't utilize all of his potential and so by staying with the freak duos he finds the inspiration to achieve his full potential and the drive to achieve greatness (I know I am just yapping and spouting unnecessary nonsense but I really like your fanfiction so please don't mind). And last but not the least, please don't make him an all rounder as he has all the qualities of being an absolute ace and it will take away the purpose of hinata being part of the team as he has a disadvantage that he can only overcome by learning everything, especially now since he won’t have much opportunity to score because of the main character. Haikyuu is all about teamwork so please give other characters some chance to shine and have mc save them in pinch which will be more meaningful for me. Note : Sorry for stretching it too much 🙏🙏
