Chapter 65 Lucile

Within a wide open road, Celine was sent flying backwards. Her flight was stopped because of her crashing into a stall.

Within only a second, Celine emerged from the destruction with only minimal injuries.

The Immortals that sent her this way, casually stood infront of her, waiting.

One of the Immortals walked forward while wearing a pained expression, she then said. "We don't want to hurt one of our own siblings, but if you keep trying to fight us... We will fight back."

Celine wiped the blood of her cheek and replied. "Well, I was never the type to follow instructions and back down from a threat."

Celine then bolted forwards with incredible speed. She coated her fist with her Lucile, and punched the Immortal closest to her.

The Immortal raised her guard, but Celine overpowered her by using brute strenght.

The Immortal was sent off to the side as Celine went for her next target.

Celine went inside another Immortal's reach.

The Immortal, who looked considerably younger, looked very scared as she threw a flimsy punch at Celine.

Celine dodged her punch, and went in closer. She grabbed the young Immortal's shoulders before she headbutted her with a devastating force.

The Immortal didn't sustain a head injury since both her and Celine used their Lucile on their foreheads as it made contact.

Celine threw the Immortal to the ground, who looked like she is experiencing a mild concussion, while Celine with the more controlled usage of her Lucile is doing just fine.

The Immortals on the side, felt extremely annoyed as their youngest sister here was dealt with Celine's animalistic fighting style.

Then, an Immortal with cat ears stepped forward and began to run at Celine.

After closing in on her, the Immortal raised her fist covered in her Lucile.

Celine saw her approach, and smiled at her confidently while throwing her fist covered in her Lucile.

The moment their fists made contact with each other, the Lucile began looking distorted. The Lucile that formally looked like a normal bubble on their hands, now looks like a bubble constantly about to explode, but doesn't.

Feeling that their power is matched equally, the Immortal with cat ears and Celine disengaged from each other.

Celine looked at the fist that she used to punch the Immortal with cat ears. She rotated her wrist a couple of times while saying. "Good, now I'm working up the ranks."

"You...!"The Immortal with cat ears looked at her intently.

Then suddenly, another group of Immortals closed in using the rooftops as the walkways.

One of the older looking ones, the Immortal with purple hair, reached for the young Immortal that Celine headbutted.

She picked her head up and held it up as the Immortal that Celine headbutted said. "S-sister Lullu, I'm fine... just have a headache."

The Immortal named Lullu then replied. "Alright, little Jean. I say you have done enough for today."

Lullu let Jean sit by herself before she glared at the direction of the person who did this to her with an angry expression.

Her hate-filled eyes landed on Celine, who was still fighting the other Immortals.

When Lullu saw Celine's figure, her angry eyes slowly turned into a curious gaze.

She stared at Celine's orange-brown hair for a couple of seconds before she shouted. "Celine! Is that you, our ungrateful sibling?!"

Everyone stopped fighting including Celine since nobody approached her.

They all looked at Lullu with a curious expression as Celine asked looking very arrogant. "Why do you know my name?"

Lullu then said. "So, it is you."

The Immortal with cat ears walked to Lullu's side as she asked. "I know every single one of our sisters, but I don't recognise her. And you do?"

"Yes, I know her." Lullu responded before she took a deep breath and yelled. "Listen up, sisters. And that includes you, Celine!"

Now with everyones attention at her, Lullu said while glaring at Celine. "We Immortals are raised like siblings under Pops, the Patriarch."

She then pointed her finger at Celine as she continued. "What you are looking at is one of us."

"You might have heard that one of us got taken by the Sillouettes when they attacked us a couple of years ago. She is the that one."

Lullu then yelled. "Why didn't you come back to us, Celine?!"

Celine nonchalantly replied. "I don't have to answer to anyone."

A vein visibly got shown on Lullu forehead as she angrily stated. "Fine, then! After we beat you up, we'll have a dinner with Pops back home, and then we'll talk like a family as you explain yourself."

Celine entered her stance as she said. "Home? Family? Such hollow and useless words."

Then Lullu extended her palm to the side as she said. "According to Pops' orders, we can only use these weapons against the Sillouettes. And I'm pretty sure Celine here, is working with them."

Then another Immortal handed Lullu a scabbard as Lullu continued. "Tell our sisters that the ones we are facing are the Sillouettes, and tell them to pursue the three young girls with them."

Lullu drew out the sword, and held it firmly in her hands as she continued. "Don't hold back, and kill them if you can. That's what Pops told us, but I'm taking Celine alive."

As Lullu pointed the edge of the sword to Celine, Celine, while wearing an extremly arrogant expression, said. "A sword? Seriously?! Let me guess, next you're going to bring out a clown horn, since that will be more effective as a weapon."

Hearing Celine's taunts, Lullu released a smirk as her Lucile covered her arms.

But her Lucile didn't stop at her fists, but instead, it continued up the blade of her sword.

Celine looked at it with confusion as she saw this.

But before she could process what happened, Lullu sent a sword slash her way.

Although Celine was far put of the sword's reach, Lullu's slash travelled through the air with the help of her Lucile.

The Lucile that soared through the air in the form of a beautiful arch, headed directly for Celine's neck.

Celine's insticts kicked in, and made her fall to the ground in order to avoid the strike.

The sword strike then went past her head without cutting a single strand of hair.

The sword slash then made contact with the buildings behind Celine, leaving a massive slash mark on the buildings.

Celine looked at the damage on the buildings before looking at Lullu while saying. "That's... new."

Celine then stood up and ran towards Lullu with an incredible amount of speed.

She jumped in the air and pointed her bare feet covered in Lucile at Lullu's face as she said with a terrifying smile on her face. "Gimme..."

Lullu blocked Celine's stomp by blocking it with her sword wrapped in Lucile, but was overpowered due to Celine having more force behind her attack.

As Lullu was sent flying off to the side, the other Immortals began to attack again. Now, with the intention to hurt Celine to the point she is incapacitated.

Celine landed on the ground before she continued her battle with the Immortals.

Celine's fighting style from before, which was mainly puches, transformed into one focused on kicks.

Celine dispatched the other Immortals with floaty moves, and animalistic power and techniques.

A kick to the side of the head, a knee on the abdomen, and a stomp right in the middle of the chest. Celine managed to knockback the Immortals with ease, but they eventually get up again and join the fray once more.

Suddenly, a whip made it's way towards Celine.

She managed to dodge it, but the Lucile on it's body made it change direction, which then hit her on the arm.

Celine gritted her teeth as she held her arm that felt like it was being burnt. She looked at the direction the whip came from.

Her gaze made it's way to the Immortal with the cat ears, who was holding the other end of the whip.

Beside her, two Immortals one having antelers, and the other reptile scales on her body.

Both of them held a staff covered in Lucile. The Immortal with the cat ears, sent a bit of force into the Lucile infused whip in her hand, making a whipping noise.

Instead of being intimidated, Celine felt a feeling of excitement race in her heart as she pointed at the Immortal holding the whip. She then said. "I want that one."

Facing Celine's excited smile, the Immortal with the cat ears attacked using the whip.

The whip approuched Celine with a deadly speed, but instead of dodging, Celine sunk her hands into a wall of a building behind her, and threw a piece of the wall at the whip.

Although the wall didn't do much to the whip thanks to being covered in Lucile, it did manage to slow it down. Slow enough to allow Celine to catch it with her hands.

Celine released a smirk as she pulled on the whip, knocking the Immortal holding it forward, before throwing the Immortal overhead without letting go off the whip.

The Immortal on the other side of the whip, crashed into a stall as Celine pulled on the whip once more. She then held it in the handle, feeling if it feels right.

As Celine was checking out the whip, Lullu managed to return to her feet, and was now charging Celine.

Lullu then taunted. "You like that whip, don't you? You know, I didn't take you for the kinky kind, Celine."

After hearing Lullu's statement, Celine sent a whip attack Lullu's way. Lullu dodged it by sliding down on the ground.

Just as Lullu was about to attack Celine with her sword, Celine's whip hit something. It clung, and wrapped around one of the four pillar in a tower.

Celine then used a combination of the whip's grip on the pillar, her Lucile to strengthen the whip, and her physical strenght to pull herself upwards, dodging Lullu's attack.

After seeing her attack fail, Lullu looked up at the sky to look for Celine. She saw that the pillar that Celine's whip was attached to was crumbling apart.

Lullu opened her mouth to say something, but she closed it after seeing that Celine managed to reach the top of the tower before the pillar collapsed.

Celine stood at the very top of the tower, looked at the whip covered in Lucile in her hands as she said to herself. "I like this."

She then leapt off the tower, covered her legs in her Lucile as she hurled towards the ground.

Celine then slammed into the ground with a powerful drop kick, causing a massive amount of force to be transfered, sending dust and knocking some of the Immortals of their feet.

Celine emerged from the crater she made with only the injuries she had earlier.

She then said with an arrogant smile. "Come on!"

The Immortals then obliged her request, as they charged at her with the intention of not holding back.
