[Jefferys] wore a sapphire ring, the size of a pigeon's egg, on his right index finger.

He rubbed his thumb against the sapphire, and it immediately emitted four dazzling blue rays, forming four semi-transparent options in front of Su Yu.

"Here's your reward, choose one, adventurer." Jefferys said.

Su Yu looked at the options: [Gear], [Potion], [Material], and [Other Items].

"Hmm…" he pondered for a moment.

"I choose [Gear]."

His current gear was still level four; it was time for an upgrade.

"Alright!"

[Jefferys] rubbed the gem again, and the four options disappeared, replaced by ten new ones.

These options were [Head], [Chest Plate], [Cap]... [Accessories]. These basically represented the ten different gear slots.

"I choose [Ring]."

The ten options disappeared, leaving four final options.

The four options were: [Attributes (Attack-oriented)], [Attributes (Defense-oriented)], [Skill-enhancing], and [Secondary Occupation Bonus].
