The fisherman was shocked to say the least. It was just another normal day for him when a unconscious man floating in the ocean bumped into his boat. This was not common, especially since the man- no, tall kid was alive since the oceans of liyue were filled with dangerous creature and radiation of adeptal and divine energy which was far too much for any normal human to withstand.

He quickly pulled the boy out of the water and laid him on the boat and looked at his physique. 'He must've been some kind of warrior before he fell into the ocean.' He thought.

He looked towards the harbour and started pedalling towards the direction.

Suddenly, the boy's body started shaking violently.

- Indra's POV -

It was as if he had been saved from death as if the gods themselves had lent him their help.

His body felt different, bigger, stranger, stronger.

His eyes opened revealing silver pearls with a shape resembling a slit in the middle like that of a animal.

Bright light stabbed at his eyes like needles.

He felt different.

Something was moving inside of him.

He quickly sat up and opened his mouth and outcame a eel, it made noises out of pain from electro energy he used to force it out and fell down from his mouth, eventually reaching death.

The fisherman looked at Indra in shock and fear.

Indra looked at the man and questioned, "Where am i?".

The fisherman hesitated but answered, " L-liyue....".

Indra raised his eyebrows, how did he reach Liyue? He was way too far when the boat was destroyed- Wait, the arrow, it pierced him when the boat was destroyed!

He looked down at his shoulder and saw that there wasn't even a single sign saying that it was pierced by a arrow covered in fire. His eyes widened and he started piecing some things about his body and how he reached Liyue, "What year is it right now?" He asked out of the blue.

The fisherman looked suprised, "H-huh?".

"I said. What year is it right now?!" Indra asked again, louder and more forceful now.

The fisherman shrunk back in fear, "th-the y-y-year is 513."

Indra's eyes widened. Blaspheme! It had been 6 years since he was "killed" By the shogunate, he had been in the ocean for 6 years and had somehow survived, but how?

Regardless, he would investigate that later. The more important thing was that he had been given another chance, another to fight and live, now in Liyue, away from his motherland. The very same motherland which hunted him down.

He was naked so he needed some clothes to cover himself, he looked to the side to see that the fisherman had already prepared a pair of pants and shirt for him to wear before they arrived at the harbor. Maybe he wasn't that worthless after all.

He stepped off the boat and onto the wooden platform.

He was no longer pursued, he was longer being followed by death, but that didn't mean he could stay here forever.
