Dr Blush raised her Psychic and Magical abilities to surpass most on Earth in Universe 7. She copied the spaceship belonging to Kami/Piccolo then went on to further explore the universe. She encountered the Cold Clan, the Heaters, Tuffles, Saibermen, Saiyans, Namekians, Yardrats, Cerealians, and many other races that possessed great talents and abilities.

With each encounter that she had, she was able to overcome many foes as she overcame another limitation in her psychic and magic or found a way to defeat them with new inventions she created. She gained many alliances and allies while adopting many roles to gain samples of each race in the universe while learning new techniques and specialized research directions on other planets. She made great efforts to combine her magic knowledge with her science knowledge which further created many unique and powerful creations.

Her goal was not finished even after hundreds of years as she kept tracking down more and more to satisfy her desire to uncover the truths of the universe and the various means to prolong life, grant powers, and even create new life.

What interested her most was genetic research above all else and she always felt that Perfect Cell was still very far from being perfect in every possible way.

Once she had enough to figure out the method to create her version and how to combine all of the best parts of each race, she put everything she had into making the most versatile and adaptable species ever using the greatest advancements of bio-android science and magical alchemy.

Project Gene began under the supervision of her supercomputer to create an artificial life form otherwise known as a Homunculus which combined the best of magic and science.

The supercomputer continued to beep and flash within the secret underground laboratory as new information was sent to it every so often while watching over the growth of the new life that was growing inside the cultivation tank submerged in a strange liquid.
