After our little exchange Rachnee raised her concerns.

"So, what are we going to do? Is there a way we can live together? i don't want to be sent away"

The firmness in her tone was very apparent, she didn't want to be separated from me.

"Don't worry about that, i'll make sure you live with me, alright?"

She nodded, putting her trust in me as i pulled my phone out to make a call to smith.

*Ring Ring*

"*Yawn* Why are you calling this late? i'm hard at work."

Like she ever would.

"It's 5:34pm (17:34), and it sounds like you've just woken up."

"*shout in the background of call* Because she is! she won't help us!"

Ahh, sounds like Zombina and the rest are fed up with smith.

After talking to smith, i got her to register Rachnee to my house so now there's no issue.

I could just say fuck it and have her live there, but if i get a visit from someone because i didn't register her i'd be pretty annoyed.

Anyway, i guess it's time to move on.

"Let's go to your new home, Rachnee."

She seemed excited, we descended from the ceiling as she grabbed my hand and we walked out.

Of course though, good things don't last.

'I guess this is fate? i mean, i didn't punch out some random guy earlier like canon, but i still have to run into some ignorant assholes.'

«Unfair, Master! I had nothing to do with this! This is simply just your bad luck!»

Forgot about her…yikes.

'Ah, guess it's not your fault then…'

She had physical form, but she made it clear she was pouting.

"Hey, kid, you gonna sit there and stare or are you going to give us your money? For a monster you look pretty well off."

Ah, they're still here.

I could've used parallel thought but…i genuinely forgot about their existence.

"Forgot you were here. But never mind that, how do you know i'm a monster?"

Curious, i mean i look pretty unassuming as a monster

"There's no way a human would willingly be in the company, or even hold the hand of an oversized spider like that!

"I am a monster, But Rachnee here is very beautiful regardless of her race, it's a shame you four are so impotent that you can't even see that."

"The fuck you say to me, little bitch? Lucky i can't hurt you. Now, give us the money you have on you, or else we'll make sure your life is miserable."

They seem like nice people.

I noticed Rachnee was pretty upset with these dudes and wanted to do something, so i had to calm her down.

['Relax, Rachnee, let me handle this.']

She seemed confused how i was able to talk inside her head, but she trusted me and just waited.

"Oh? maybe you four are involved in some kind of relationship? Well congratulations, pity i didn't bring you a gift."

Does the fact that monsters can't hit them give them some sort of courage?

*heavy breathing*

"Fuck you, damned monster!"

*Punch*

"Pathetic."

He swung at me but i easily dodged it.

His form was way off, he was sloppy and left so many openings for a counter, the kids i fought at the orphanage had better skills than this.

"Come on guys, we can rough em up a little! If they dare fight back we can get them deported back to their homeland!"

What is that thought process? None of that would work, maybe in canon, but this time the protection of monsters is way stricter because of me.

"I don't feel like playing with trash, so let's end this little show."

I don't know why, but i feel my arrogance grow whenever i get into any conflict with someone.

After he swung again i dodged at the last second, putting him off balance a little before i swept his leg.

He fell flat on his face and i figured the back of his head could be a nice stepping stool.

"You actually had the audacity to waste my time with some childish robbery? with all the new job opportunities provided by the monster influx you could easily live without worries. But you actually rather waste time doing this, scum."

"Y-you hit a human! You're in big trouble now!"

His friends started yapping away.

"Y-yeah! his father is a city official, your done for!"

"…So you mean to tell me he doesn't even rob out of necessity, he does it for fun? That's probably how you've stayed out of jail for so long, who knows what else your father is covering for you."

<Pure trash, i can feel his tainted soul. If he's this bad, you should investigate his family and their associates>

'That was the plan, i'm surprised you're this interested'

<I am not. But i felt how disgusted you were when you thought of all the crimes he could have done and i also felt disgust. Especially when they are essentially my creations, it is disrespectful to me that i give them life and this is what they do with it>

'You're right. I've been meaning to summon a certain assassin, let's see what big moves his family will make'

I lifted my foot off of the kids head, but before leaving i broke both of his arms and knocked him unconscious.

I didn't want to spoil the fun just yet, but i made him impotent just incase he tries to harm a girl in the future.

I did the same to his butt buddies and left with Rachnee.

"You should have let me kill him, now what if you get in trouble and get sent back?"

She had killing intent as she was ready to go back and tear them to pieces, but that wasn't necessary, for now at least.

"I'll be fine, my identity is…a little special"
