Chapter I (Episode 2) - An Otakus Dream Came True.

School bell chime…

A voice from the student council officer echoed the entire school through the mega phone located at the main hall.

Student Council Officer: "All students who are to take the examination must gather at the main hall. The exam will start in 30 minutes. Thank you."

School bell chime… Signaling the start of time until the examination starts.

Upon hearing the announcement, Princess Kadess continues to walk and speed up way to the main hall. Shortly after arriving at the main hall and securing her own sit, she felt nervous. Seeing a lot of student partaking in the exam made her tremble and stutter to the point she can no longer talk to other students sitting beside her. Trying to calm herself, a memory of her mother giving her a lucky charm flashed. It was a memory from yesterday when her mother gave to her the handkerchief that was a keepsake of Queen Dess, handed down to her from her grandmother. After remembering it, she immediately reaches her right pocket to take out the handkerchief. To her surprise it was not there. With a nervously shocked face she stood up and hurriedly walked out of the hall and tried searching for the handkerchief to places she passed by. In panicked and doesn't know what to do state, she reached the garden where she did her practice earlier and thought that it might be there. She looked around and found it but, she yelled out of scare and fell down on her knees.

Princess Kadess: "Ahh…!"

She did not only found her handkerchief but also found a person lying beside it. The person was unconscious and without physical body, it's just the soul of a teen ager boy. And it is Sed.

The scream of Princess Kadess woke up Sed. As he open his eyes and sat at the ground while staring at the girl in front him, he uttered the words… with a husky dry voice and clearing his eyes with his hands.

Sed: "What happened? Who are you? Are you alright?

Princess Kadess: "What happened?! Are you alright?! I should be the one asking that… and what are you, a ghost or something?"

Sed stood up and looked around. He reaches out his hand to help the girl stood up but he cannot touch her, and made him very shocked. He cried out…

Sed: "Huuhhh!?! What is going on?

Princess Kadess, already calmed down stood up and told Sed to stay calm.

Princess Kadess: "Stay calm! For now, let me just give you a temporary body. And don't argue about it. Because we must hurry to the main hall, the exam might start already. Let's discuss what happened later on. "

Sed, with a shocked face did not say any word and agreed to everything Princess Kadess said with a nod. He is totally mind blown. Princess Kadess hurriedly do her magic and luckily summoned a soul less body of a teenager for him and she just pushed the body forward to him, and it merged with him. She then took Sed's left hand and rushed to the main hall with him. While rushing back to the main hall, she asked Sed…

Princess Kadess: "Are you a student too? "

Sed: "(just nodded) "

He is still processing what is going on to his life. Unaware of what is going on.

Princess Kadess: "Ok. We're almost there. Let's stick together for now until the exam is over. Hope you are ready. "

Suddenly, they come to a stop. They are now standing in front of the main hall.

She just noticed that Sed is not himself yet. So, she faces him with both hands and snaps his face to regain his senses.

" Pak! "

Sed's cheeks turned reddish and he regained back to his senses.

Sed: "Aww. Thanks for that! Where are we now? Why are people gathered here? Is there a program?

Princess Kadess: "Let's get in and fine sits for us first. "

Luckily, two sits remained unoccupied at the end of the 10 by 10 row sits for the students. They immediately sat on the remaining sits. There's still 10 minutes left before the start of the exam. She used the remaining time talking and interviewing Sed. While he on the other hand, is looking around observing and trying to gather information.

Princess Kadess: "Hey! Stop looking around. Let's introduce ourselves. And by the way, you owe me a big favor for saving your life."

Sed: "Ok. Thanks. (Still glimpsing around)

Princess Kadess: "I am Kadess. Just like you I am also taking the exam to be admitted in this school. And you are? "

Sed: "I'm Sakusei Sed. Just call me Sed. Sakusei is my family name. I am from Tokyo, Japan. Which school is this? I am already admitted at Tokyo High.

Princess Kadess: "This is the only academy here in Semelent, EMS- Academy. Tokyo, Japan? There's no such place here in Semelent. Are you sure you are fine? Shall we get you to the clinic?

Sed: "(with a shocked face) what..? You mean this is not Earth? This is another planet from another galaxy? (Now with the face of excitement) Oh my! I'd been isekaid!

The introverted and otaku Sed is now just an otaku filled with excitement and worry free.

Sed: "Wish came true. How I longed for this. Who would ever thought it will happen to me! So, you are Kadess right? Thanks a lot. Can you tell me where exactly I am now? Which galaxy? Which planet? And what's going on? (With a pleasing face)

Princess Kadess: "I see you are back to yourself. And you are actually not from here… I do not think if I can do this talking to someone from a different world. Will everything be alright…?

(Thinking hard) Oh well, it must be fate/destiny. I'll just leave it that way.

Anyways, since you are already here might as well partake and be part of this school with me. (Just her plan to negate her nervousness and to have a companion) And serve as my body guard as penance from saving you. "

Sed: "Ok. So, what are we supposed to do? Is the exam written? Is it Essay?

Princess Kadess: "NO! This is a magic school! "

Sed: "(Total wow face) great! How is it going to be?

Princess Kadess: "I see no worries in your face but rather excitement. First we will be sorted out to the type of magic we were born with and they will measure the amount or level of our power to sort us to our specific group. And that's that!

Sed: "Just like in animés. Will I possess awesome power? (With happy face and talking to self) Ok Kadess. I think I will just be fine. (With confidence)

Princess Kadess: "Ok. (Thinking that Sed is weird) Good luck to us. One more thing, if the teachers ask for your information just say that you are the personal body guard of Princess Kadess Clear Dark II. That is my real identity sort of. Ok?

Sed: "Ok. Wait… You are royalty??? Oh my. (Smiling)

And they just stared at each other while smiling.

The school bell once again chimed, signaling the start of the exam. A teacher walked in and stood at the stage in front of the students and announces the beginning of the exam. The teacher instructs the students that the girls are to proceed to the right room beside the stage while the boys are to proceed on the left side.

And so the exam started.
