"You are still here. I thought you would at last try to hide." Turles said as he descended in front of Commander Red.

The fifteen-year-old body of Turles was too small but it was imposing to Commander Red was not very tall, to begin with.

"You. What do you want?" Commander Red asked as he looked at Turles.

He knew that Turles wanted something since he is trying to talk to him instead of attacking him on sight.

"I want complete control of your organization," Trules said as he looked at Red.

"Impossible. Do you think that I am stupid enough to hand over the red ribbon army that I build from the ground up to you?" Commander red said as he pressed a button in secret.

It was a button that contact all the top agents of the Red Ribbon army.

"I knew that you will answer like that," Turles said as he smiled.

Then he used an after-image technique to appear behind Red, smashed his button with his sheer strength and Grabbed him by his neck.

"How about now," Turles said as he slammed red into a wall.

"Your attempt at threat makes me laugh. Cough." Red said as he coughed up blood.

"Oh right. I forgot. You are a fearless bastard that only wants to grow taller. I should have known physical threats won't work on you." Turles said.

"What? How do you know... I mean what do you mean by that?" Red said in shock before realizing that he should not show his weakness to his enemy.

His current opponent seems to know his motive and his weakness, unlike the previous foes that he faced before.

It looked like he have been read like a book since Turles first lay his eye on him.

Of course, this was because Turles have read about his motive and cause of death in the dragon ball manga.

But Commander Red have no way of knowing something like that.

"Well how about I cut off your remaining legs and make you even shorter?" Turles said as he slammed Red onto the ground.

Then he picked up Commander Red who was lying on the ground by his foot.

"Hey who are you and what are you doing here?" A tiger man and a tall blond hair man said as they entered the room where Commander Red was being tortured.

They looked like they have immediately run towards the location where commander red was located as soon as they got the emergency message.

"Well. Well. What do we have here? Visitors." Turles said as he looked at The short tiger man named Colonel Yellow and a blonde man named General Blue.

"Let go of our Commander," Yellow said as he pulled out a gun and aimed at Turles.

Turles put Red down and gathered some of his ki into his hand.

He then shot a small ki beam through his fighter in the direction of Yellow.

Knocking his gun away from him.
