The human stilled, eyes glowing a dull red and Kyrax smirked.
"Now," he growled, stalking up to him, "Tell me everything you know about this world."
He did, and the complexity of it blew his mind. This new world that stemmed from Yggdrasil had three major kingdoms, the Baharuth Empire, the Re-estize Kingdom, and here, the Slane Theocracy. They were each powerhouses in their own right, but taking into consideration the strength he saw from what was considered to be the most powerful in the country, this new world's inhabitants were pitifully weak.
Kyrax hummed thoughtfully as he stared at the Pontifex, "You will have someone keep me updated on all major events that occur and will always listen to my command. Oh, and forget you've been mind controlled, this is all your decision."
"Yes, my lord," he intoned in a monotone.
Kyrax nodded, satisfied, and glanced at Avirus, "Come," he said, pulling the coin out of his inventory, "let's head back."
Avirus nodded and disappeared into the shadows and Kyrax activated the coin, opening his eyes to see his spawn point in Tyrathar. He opened a clawed hand and a swirling blue portal appeared. He strode through and was greeted with the sight of the 6 floor guardians.
Morken, guardian of the first floor, a huge, lava elemental with wings, horns, and hooves, all made out of fire.
Fenrir, guardian of the second floor.
Byrar, guardian of the third floor, a bear and human mix with a great axe on his back.
Norro, guardian of the fourth floor, an elf magic-wielder.
Avirus, guardian of the fifth floor.
And Voraket, a huge, nine-headed hydra, guardian of the sixth floor.
When Kyrax emerged, the two-legged dropped to their knees while the four-legged bowed their heads deeply.
"It seems we've found ourselves in a new world," Kyrax rumbled, "this should be interesting," he smirked, eyes gleaming cruelly. The real world was such a bore, Yggdrasil was his life and he'd rather stay in Yggdrasil than his real world.
Except, his eyes narrowed. His brother. His loving, caring, overprotective, absolutely awesome brother. Was it possible he was here too? He would've been logged in at the time of the shutdown. If he was in this new world, Kyrax would find him.
"I have an order for you all," Kyrax roared, spreading his wings wide, "conquer this world from the shadows, have eyes and ears in every kingdom, village, and empire. We will be in control of this world by manipulating the leaders, and," he snarled, locking eyes with every one of them, "Any word of my brother or his subordinates will be immediately reported to me," he hissed out, smoke pouring from his nostrils as he activated [Draconic Presence], "Or else."
Each of the floor guardians shuddered as they felt the [Draconic Presence] pushing down on them and they all bowed their heads submissively.
"Good," Kyrax spoke in satisfaction at their acceptance, "Now I want you all to find subordinates who can be disguised as humans and infiltrate the Re-estize Kingdom and Baharuth Empire, I already got the Slane Theocracy under control."
"As expected of Kyrax-sama," Avirus growled respectfully, "We will be sure to heed your great orders," the others nodded in agreement and Kyrax smirked, gave a pleased nod, and disappeared into a swirling blue portal to the right of him.
He emerged in the bedroom from before and breathed a huge sigh of relief, his heart was racing in his chest and he could feel his hands shaking slightly. It seemed he was overwhelmed. Kyrax waved a claw and opened his inventory, switching out his armor for something more comfortable and sprawling on his bed.
After a few minutes of tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable with his wings and tail getting in the way, Kyrax morphed into his human form, pulled the covers up and fell into a deep slumber.
Kyrax woke up, refreshed, and pulled his armor on, opting to stay in his human form, when a series of insistent knocks rang through his room. Kyrax frowned and turned, "Come in," he called.
The door burst open and Norro swept in, falling to his knees, "Kyrax-sama," he breathed, out of breath, "There have been rumors in the Re-estize Kingdom of the Sunlight Scripture of the Slane Theocracy getting destroyed by a magic caster by the name of Ainz Ooal Gown."
Kyrax's whole world seemed to freeze. Ainz Ooal Gown, the name of the guild his brother was the guild master of. And a magic caster. Hope welled in his chest and he turned to Norro, "bring me to the human who saw this Ainz Ooal Gown."
