Train

The Goblin wanted to train in the boundary area between the inner forest and the outer forest because the inner forest is too dangerous for the present goblin. And the outer forest is too low for the goblin to train. This is also the best area to escape from others.

The mercenaries and the knights from the town will hunt down all the Monsters and Magical beasts whenever they were spot near the outer forest. Likewise, the mercenaries and the knights will be hunted down by the Monsters and Magical Beasts when they enter the inner forest.

The Boundary area is the place where the goblin can train with minimal risk or else both humans and monsters will hunt it down.

The goblin took his stick and readied to train itself in the boundary area. It walked around the surroundings, looking for animal traces. After searching for a while, the goblin found the traces of a big animal from a Cat Family... like Tigers, Lions, Panthers or others.

Finally, the goblin traced it out. It is an adult Serval Cat, which is almost 12kgs of weight. It is drinking water in the lake.

The Serval Cats are said to be the best hunters in the Cat Family and easily defeat goblins. But for the present goblin, it will not be a tough fight.

'My fight battle after becoming a goblin. Huh...'

Goblin saw the Serval Cat coming from the lake and waiting for it.

1... 2... Now!

Goblin suddenly jumped from the top of a tree and pointed the sharp edge of the stick to its head.

Piak!

Roarrr!!!

A dying roar for heard from the serval cat at its last moments. Goblin took the stick out from its head which is covered with blood and let a low growl of victory.

At the same time, a few fierce roars were heard. The goblin stopped posing and looked at the place where the sound was coming. It was stunned as it saw five Serval Cats coming towards it in a savage manner.

ROAR!!!

" (Fu*k!!!) Gurrr..."

'The Serval Cat's den must be near, and it let out a roar in its last moments. It was probably calling for help from its family.'

The goblin immediately turned around and ran away from the place.

'They will rip me into pieces if they catch me... Damn!'

" (No, I have fight those animals and train here before going into the inner forest.) Gurrr... ... Gurrr..." said the goblin and turned to face the Serval Cats.

ROAR!!!

" (I can train afterwards but first I have to be alive.) Gurrr.... .... Gurrr..."

The goblin ran even faster than before, as it feared them. But the distance between the Serval cats and the goblin became shorter and shorter.

100 meters!

79 meters!

51 meters!

27 meters!

13 meters!

Gasp! Gasp!

" (Huh... Huh... I have no more stamina to run.) Gurrr... ... Gurrr..."

" ( There is no option I have to fight." Gurrr... ... Gurrr..."

The goblin doesn't know where it was but there was a river stream running near from the place; it eying the Serval Cats and the stream. It got an idea.

The goblin looked at the four lesser grown Serval Cats and the mother Serval Cats before it ran into the stream.

Posh! Posh!

The Stream decreased the motion of the Serval Cats after they got into the stream. The goblin took its chance and threw'd the stones at the mother Serval Cat and rushed to another Serval Cats.

The goblin took the sharp stick and stabbed at the Serval Cat.

It missed. Even though the stream decreased their motions, it was not to an extreme level as it dodged the attack and struck its claws at the goblin's chest.

Goblin kept the stick in defence and stepped back after struck by the claws. Its expression became grave as it defended one after another, claws and bites.

ROAR!!!

The Serval Cats enraged as they cannot kill the goblin and became crazy. Finally, the goblin observed some flaws and jumped.

Goblin took its sharp stick and pierced forward at one of the Serval Cat. It went inside of its mouth and came out from the back of its neck.

Shriek!!!

The Serval Cat died.

The Mother Seval Cat angered after seeing its child die before its eyes and slashed its claws down at the goblin.

Slash!!!

The goblin stunned at the surprise attack and wanted to defend, but it was too fast for the goblin as its claws slashed at its chest. The goblin flew back for a distance and vomited blood.

Blurp!!!

" (The damage is too much for the body to take, it can't hold for long. I need to escape from here.) Gurrr... ... Gurrr..." said the goblin as it examined its body.

ROAR!!!

Serval Cats rushed as they saw me getting injured.

The goblin stood up and ran to the surface. 'I need to enter the inner forest and hide. These animals are afraid of Monsters and Magical Beasts. I will be safe in the inner forest.'

After running a long time, the goblin reached the inner forest boundary. After going inside, the goblin will be safe.

ROAR!!!

Huh!!! Huh!!!

Finally, the goblin entered the inner forest and the Serval Cats stood at the boundary and they were afraid to enter the inner forest.

" (I will come again to kill you all. Remember me.) Gurrr... ... Gurrr..." said the goblin fiercely to the Serval Cats after running some distance from them.

The Serval Cats roared in anger but afraid to enter. They slowly started leaving, as it would cost their lives if they stayed longer around this area.

The goblin searched for a quiet place and took some medicinal leaves, made them into a paste using the stones and applied all around its body.

Sigh...

" (Huh... It okay, now.) Gurrr... Gurrr..." said the goblin as it sensed its body getting cooled from the medicinal paste.

'If only I have my techniques, as in the human body, there will be a different outcome today. But monsters can't use human techniques. So it is impossible for me. Wait...

I can use [Body Strength Development Technique] on this body.' the goblin's eyes shined as it thought it.
