The world around me was quickly changing. A lot of things just kept happening and l had no control over anything. It was like watching my life play out in front of me and l was watching it fade away into the background from a third party point of view

Amy had never revealed who her father is, just that Celia was her mother who had left her and father when she was still young. Stevenson said Amy was his sister and he has always known which meant Amy was lying when she said she only found out after Isabel's death

She could have been telling the truth because just because one person knows another person doesn't mean anything. Celia could have easily told him like she told Isabel but made sure they never crossed paths

But did that mean Amy knew nothing about the case being bait to lure me into their mind games. There was too much information and no way to understand any of it.
