No matter how much he thinks, just because of a ruby military won't lose its mind and look for Evan like crazy. 

From Sector- H, they have already come to looking for Evan at Sector- D.

No doubt, ruby is precious. It can change anyone's life, but this is the military we are talking about. 

If they would've directly put Evan's name on the Bounty list, then all the criminals, bounty hunters, and other delinquents would've done this job for them.

But no, the military didn't put his name on the bounty list. Heck, even after Evan killed more than 17 military officers, they are still adamant about looking for him personally.

Such behavior is suspicious, too damn suspicious.
