Sitting all together, today they were ready to make the biggest sacrifice of all.

"This is our first family dinner together since the apocalypse," Adrian spoke as he looked at everyone.

Besides his mother who was busy cooking meals, there were Adriel, Alexander, Adam, him, Ace, Elijah, and Ezekiel.

Hearing Adrian, Adriel raised his head to look at him "It is already a luxury that we can have a family dinner together with an entire family. Outside people do not even have their family to call a family."

Adrian rolled his eyes "Can you not be so dramatic all the time? We are freaking military for god sake, if we cannot even have a family dinner, then I don't what all this military is good for."

Adam rubbed Adrian's head "Father did not mean it like that, he is just saying."
