Spring Autumn

On the streets of the Domain, A carriage being pulled by horses passed through the bustling streets.

It was night time, but nothing seemed to have changed, infact it had become more livelier as people flocked into the inns and restaurants on the streets.

The streets,shops and inns were beautiful lit up with lanterns, in the carriage Gu Shang had his eyes closed as fatty Su went on, and on about how good the food and wine at the spring autumn tasted.

Gu Shang was beginning to become curious about this new place that fatty Su had such high praises for.

Gu Shang knew that ordinary delicacies and wines were not enough to rile up the fatty, after all he came from the riches family in the capital, what hasn't he seen or tasted before?

Gu Shang couldn't help but salivate, though he was a being who didn't need food or sleep to survive, he always made sure he ate a full three square meal, even on the battlefield.

He once even called a battle off to enjoy breakfast.

Gu Shang didn't have any great ambition, all he wants in life, is to be with his closest people, He wasn't amassing power, to be some lame ass expert, who didn't want to enjoy the finest aspect of life, and he definitely didn't lust for too much power, he just needed enough to do as he please.

"Ironic wasn't it?"

"Fatty, when I was gone, did the emperor do anything for the Liu clan?" Gu Shang suddenly asked, Delicacies could wait

What he wanted to know was the debt the Liu clan owed the emperor.

Fatty Su rolled his eyes, "You are the almighty grand general, if you don't know something, how's a rascal like me supposed to know?"

Gu Shang nodded his head, That was a fair point. He had asked someone to look into it, but he couldn't find a single damn clue. This was frustrating.

"However, four years ago, I remember Liu Feifei going missing for a two days" fatty Su said as he put a finger below his chin in thought.

Liu Feifei had gone missing for two days, but nobody in the domain even noticed, that's a given since the Liu clan are insignificant.

But for someone with such beauty, it was almost impossible to go unnoticed in the domain for two days because of all those noble brats chasing her.

I believed I was the only one who noticed it" Fatty Su said.

Gu Shang shook his head, he knew of that incident, she didn't actually go missing, she went training in some dangerous mountain range.

"We've arrived" said the fourth emissary who was dressed casually. Gu Shang security tonight wasn't tight. He only brought the fourth emissary and three guards all in casual clothing, he didn't like to show off too much.

" I hope this place is as good as you claim" Gu Shang said as he stepped out of the carriage. His expectations for tonight were very high.

There's nothing he could do about the stubborn Liu Feifei now, he'll come up with something another time.

Gu Shang glanced at the three long story building which was grand and gave of a noble aura.

At the entrance was plaque which read SPRING AUTUMN the calligraphy was beautiful and gracious at the same time, seeing it was like taking a breath of fresh air.

All the people around the entrance turned to look at Gu Shang in amazement. He was arguably the most handsome man they had seen in a long while.

Gu Shang silver hair, was really a great combination with the white robes he wore,

The daughters of the noble houses visiting the spring autumn couldn't help but blush upon seeing Gu Shang.

The young men who came from the nobles houses weren't too pleased with Gu Shang appearance. They have been trying to impress this noble daughters for a very long time, but nothing seems to work.

All it took was the appearance of Gu Shang and this girls were already blushing, where's their grace? Where's their dignity? Where's the aloofness they've held for soo long?

One of the young men were about to approach when fatty Su stepped out the carriage.

All the people around frowned including the blushing girls. They might not know Gu Shang, but who didn't know Su Wen in the domain? He was the biggest bully to ever exist in the history of the empire.

Few dared to cross him because of his vengeful nature, he was truly the epitome of evil.

They all glanced back at Gu Shang, this time there was no admiration in their eyes, there was only suspicion, and to some extent hate.

There was no way anyone going out with Su Wen was a good person, after all birds of a feather flock together.

Gu Shang simply shrugged, he wasn't too bothered by them, fatty Su might be a bully but he never bullies anyone who didn't deserve it.

"You have yourself quite a reputation" Gu said as he glanced at the fatty from the corner of his eyes.

The fatty shamelessly puffed up his chest, "I try my best, shall we?" He gestured the way to the entrance.

The two swiftly entered the restaurant and headed for the second floor. Upon reaching there, they saw the youngsters again. The youngsters immediately frowned after seeing them.

A beautiful girl among the youngesters approached Gu Shang, "May I have the pleasure of knowing your excellencies name?" She asked courteously.

Before Gu Shang could even speak fatty Su bellowed, "You are not worthy, Now scram!" He said impatiently.

All the people on the second floor were shell shocked, fatty Su was truly heartless.

How could he utter such words to such a tender beauty.

They were all enraged, but nobody dared to say anything.

The beautiful girl gritted her teeth and left, people became more curious about Gu Shang identity.

Gu Shang and the fatty proceeded to move to the third floor but were stopped at the entrance.

"You can't enter this floor!" A guard announced harshly.

Unlike the youngsters here, this guards weren't afraid of the Su clan.

Gu Shang looked at fatty Su, only to receive a shrug from him.

Gu Shang couldn't help but raise an eyebrow, this fatty was indeed crafty,

"What requirement would I need to satisfy, to be granted passage?" Gu Shang asked.

All those on the second floor couldn't help but sneer, this silver haired youngsters was truly ignorant, he didn't even know the basic rules here yet dared to stroll in like he owned the place.

"Only clan lords can dine on the third floor, one has to be at least a third rank official before they'll be allowed in. Judging by your age, you are too young to be a third rank official so beat it" the guard replied.

He was at the peak of the Sky Lord Realm making him a power house on his own, the only people he bowed to were the high ranking officials.

"Hey fatty, you better scram away from here before you piss me off!" The guard said in annoyance, he had been informed that important guests would be coming tonight by their master.

Not many people had the privilege to be acknowledged as important by their master, so the person coming was definitely a dragon among men.

He had to make sure everything was in order, but the fatty and his new friend kept testing his patience.

Su Wen was pissed, no one dared to called him fatty, but this guy here didn't seem to care, just because he was stronger.

Today was his day of revenge, "Are you sure you want to turn this guest away?" Fatty Su said in a devilish grin.

"I may not be a clan leader, or have any rank in court, but I'm the Grand General, it's that enough?
