Prolouge

In the Year 2398, the human race managed to live in peace and now transpired to the age of galactic travels. But for humans to adapt and survive the terrifying dangers of space. They created a system where humans must evolve. To do so humans now modify their DNA to match a certain species. They can take its best traits and use them for advantages. And because of this humans have dominated the galaxy for about 100 years now. They rule, judge, and coexist with their fellow alliance members in tranquility. And to show their mightiness the humans had created a city that floats aimlessly in space.

"RINGG RINGG!!" a series of sounds was produced by a cube-like object besides a bed. "Ughh" A groggily voice emerged from the bed clearly not happy being woken up by the cube. "Tussle" the sheets flow over to the edge of the bed and what emerged is a teenage boy with gray hair and stature befitting his age. "This darn alarm of my phone is so annoying I should change it later t a more mellow one." He said as he stood up from his bed and hold the cub-like thing from the table beside his bed. "krngg" the cube-like thing emitted a sound as it changed shape and form a band-like thing that goes around the boy's wrist. "I gotta hurry if I want to be early for my first Gene Alteration," the boy said as he now hurriedly went to the bathroom and washed his body. the boy stepped into what seems to be a stall blocked by a small door and proceed to bathe himself. 'thud' A soft thud resounded from his room and there entered what seems to be a boy who looks like the same age as him. "Hey! Anastasius we should hurry up if we want to get first in line for our Gene Alteration." The boy said to Anastasius. "Yess I'm already done" Anastasius replied as he opens the door.

The boy saw him wearing denim jeans, a polo shirt underneath a casual black sweater. "Say Blake what do you think will we get added to our gene pool?" Anastasius said excitedly the boy who was blonde hair and wearing ripped jeans with a white shirt and a coat over it just shrugged. "I don't know bro like I already have the gene of an Eagle inside me because of my parents, I think I would pick something that has synergy or the same genus as that." This made Anastasius sulk as he was an orphan because his parents abandoned him when he was just 9 years old. "I'm really envious of you blake. I wish I have parents like yours." This made Blake look at Anastasius with a sad smile "Don't worry Bro you may not have a family but you will always have me as a brother." Blake said as he went to Anastasius and wrapped his arm around his shoulder. "Now let's go already my father's driver is already waiting for us on the ground floor of this apartment complex. I managed to convince him to let us use his car for this special day." Blake said and this made Anastasius smile and the two of them went out of Anastasius room.
