The Cave
The path to the underground world kept going on like it wouldn't end. However after a couple more hours, we finally saw an end.
It appeared first as a distant speck of light that kept growing the closer we got to it.
"We are finally here," Aroon said in an exhausted tone before he took the first step in.
And then he collapsed.
It happened like he was already unconscious and was only walking on pure driving force. All I heard was a loud thud sound that literally tore my heart apart.
"Aroon!!" I couldn't help but scream in panic. I didn't even examine the world we finally reached and jumped over him.
The first thing I checked was his breathing. Thank god he was breathing and alive. And yet his breathing seems irregular, like he was struggling with something.
"Screw you, Aroon's brother!" I couldn't help but shout in anger. That hideous brother of his already got on my nerves.
