Wyll struggled to fully understand just what Askalon had just said. A month? He felt as if it had been longer considering the never ending hellscape he had been forced to endure. To everyone's surprise Wyll had yet to stop eating as he shoveled food into his face still at a breathless rate. Wyll swallowed a mouthful of food and sighed as he rubbed his head. A month huh? His body hadn't atrophied too badly considering he felt fine for the most part, a little sore and rusty but training would help that. Askalon curiously looked at Wyll, seeing the mana circuits now seemingly infested with a void black splintering of veins. Askalon raised a brow, slowly hugging Wyll when this time he noticed something was off. The feeling was uncanny to the spear as he embraced Wyll yet found a sort of discomfort, like something within Wyll was inherently wrong. A divinity was staining Wyll's body, one he didn't recognize.
"What did they do to you? You look like you yet there is something off. You reek of a foul divinity, your body feels as if something internally is not quite right and our link, by no means is it off but there is a third length that is out of sync but isn't causing detriment."
Wyll glared for a second before shaking his head, sighing as he wasn't sure why he took such hostility with Askalon for a moment as he put a hand to his head.
"You must be rusty Askalon. There is nothing wrong with me but a lack of training and a slew of questions. No need to make people worry about my health. I am as healthy as an ox and have the appetite of twenty! In the morning I will explain things but for now, everyone back to their quarters, I will finish eating and clean up. I want a progress report in the morning. Dismissed."
Everyone looked towards Wyll confused. He had been gone a month, bedridden and in a coma yet he was going about as if it had been a short nap. Everyone nodded, much too tired to endure the slew of questions they had for their leader. Askalon however stayed, waiting for the others to return to their sleep that they had been awakened from as he turned to Wyll.
Wyll explained in full to the {Weapon} what horrors he had undergone, the trial, the implantation of his now other self, the eternity of a nightmare he had experienced and that they feared his abilities. Askalon was solemn as he listened, stomach churning at the words as he watched quietly at the hidden pain of Wyll. As the story began to wrap up, Askalon placed a hand on the shoulder of Wyll.
"Words cannot describe the sorrow I feel for you and my inability to be there for you. I tried my best to take care of you and when I wasn't tending to you, it was Fletch. Everyone has been worried, Nep has been distraught and has yet to fully return home. He has been making reports at times but we have all been worried for you. Now it is my turn to tell you what has happened."
Askalon began to tell Wyll that shortly after defending Chimera from the coup of Gobtown there was the unfortunate passing of Godric, the heir of Gobtown. The sickness that he had contracted was not something we could fix. As for Orisa, she has become the new chief but due to the elimination of Grim Orkus and his followers, the residents of Gobtown was few. Only a hundred still loyal to the chieftain remained and before that their coup left the town ransacked. Askalon had suggested that the residents join Chimera which Orisa had happily agreed to and joined. The only stipulation is that she would remain chief of her people and advisor. Askalon had left this up to Wyll but he didn't see an issue with having, when it came to politics the less Wyll had to do the better.
Wyll finished the feast before him as he wiped his face and began to clean, instinctively using magic as Askalon watched curiously, brow furrowed and arms crossed. He did not innately understand what was going on with Wyll but was curiously watching as he cleaned. In no time everything was cleaned as a small ding went off, alerting Wyll to something as an unease filled him. Gently he grabbed Askalon as everything went dark for the two as they were suddenly on the platform before all the {Celestials}.
Wyll felt his skin crawl, something deep in his body writing and squirming as the other him was churning before the divinity before him as Wyll clenched his jaw. Askalon looked back to Wyll, flinching as he watched with fear, seeing spreading black veins move on Wyll, tendrils moving of the void black spreading on the whites of his eyes. He was unsure what to do as Wyll shook his head, not saying anything.
"{Celestials}, I gather your attention. A {Champion} has entered and all of you ignore him. Fine, if that is the case then I will take things into my hands. Wyll of {Chaos}, your discontentment for this place is understandable after the trial but I hope you understand that not all of us are your enemy. Even with the handicap that was placed on you, you seem to grow even more proficient with mana. Thus, I, {Mother of the Violent Storms of Niger} will bestow upon to you a gift"
[[You have been awarded an authority. {Mother of the Violent Storms of Niger} has given you Beginner Shaman Craft: Lvl 1, Blessing of Fertility: Lvl MAX, Beginner Druid Craft: Lvl 1, Beginner Battle Trickery: Lvl 1. Congratulations!]]
Wyll grunted and grit his teeth as this gift was bestowed upon him before he flinched at the soft touch of someone, the touch as light as the light of the moon. The parasite screeched before going quiet, receding as he looked to find someone or something but found nothing. He shook his head and bowed slightly as thanks. Eyes turned to him after this display as the stars lit up. A small text box displayed that he had four pulls but one of them was unable to be used, that being the one linked to the norse coin he received. He sighed as he tried his luck.

Wyll huffed, holding his head as these skills were forcibly implanted into him. He panted as he felt more aware, his body on edge due to the massive amount of power around him. He didn't need instincts to tell him these people were at risk to his survival. His mana felt increased and as if flowing better, and like it was better maintained. He let out a held breath as he just wanted to be away from these beings. He closed his eyes, counting to ten before the pair found themselves back in the dining hall.
The man let out a sigh and rubbed his face. He felt conflicted, these {Celestials} go back and forth between being malicious and benevolent. He didn't understand but then again he didn't want to or need to as he began to walk outside. He pushed through the wooden doors of the manor to see just how much things had changed.
Much to Wyll's surprise, much had changed. Not only had the size of the settlement increased but the infrastructure looked more like an actual town. The manor itself was large with half of the original town's size taken up by the manor that was now surrounded by a large gate that held his insignia, the six arrows conjoined at the center. Wyll let out a sigh at the estate. This was not as big as Maya's family home but even so it was still large. Wyll decided the gate would be too much of a pain to open as he jumped over the fence, clearing it with ease as he began to walk towards the rest of the town.
A smooth stone street, sidewalks, magic lamps lining the streets, business of varying professions, the smell of baking bread wafting through the streets as he looked curiously to Aksalon. Askalon smiled and shook his head some and motioned down the street to the two drones from the lab.
"Bedlam had grown distraught over the fact you had fallen into a coma. Thus he switched his directive a bit from just maintaining the lab and started to improve the town. He took into account the citizens, their skills and professions. He felt that if he couldn't get more research done that he would at least make a suitable place for the head of R&D. The Goblins are also rather skilled too. Several guilds were made with each of the cadets being the head, of course the veterans of said profession act as advisors. Maya is in charge of the merchants, Mako heads the diplomatic relations due to his heritage as well as the guards of the city, Ian takes charge of the hunters, Bastion has been taking charge of the builders, Kist has a talent for farming surprisingly, taking over the agricultural and cooking guild, and lastly Fletch has been taking care of the church and blacksmiths. As previously discussed, Orisa takes care of the goblins."
Wyll was impressed. The cadets had easily taken charge in his stead. Something bothered him however as he looked at Askalon.
"Wait, why is Mako in charge of diplomacy? What heritage do you speak of?"
As he spoke he was interrupted as someone bumped into him, almost knocking him over as he began to glare, looking towards the figure only to be shocked to find an elven man glaring down at him. A text box suddenly appeared.
[[Alister Stark
Elven Noble
Age:153
Personality: Shitty]]
Wyll blinked a few times and dismissed the text box as the man scoffed.
"Tch, a filthy human peasant. I should make you apologize but I have more important things to deal with than you. Since you've troubled me and gotten me dirty with your filth you can at least make it up by telling me where the half breed mistake Mako Stark is residing. Can you even understand what I said? Shame, you might be too stupid."
Wyll's blood began to boil as Askalon stopped Wyll and took a step forward, taking a breath before reeling back and throwing a fist, connecting to the elf's jaw. A sickly pop of the jaw being dislocated echoed through the empty streets as Askalon sighed and dusted himself off before looking to Wyll.
"Sorry, that might not improve our relationship with the elves but he spoke ill of not only you but Mako. Once we are done looking around we can drag his pompous knife eared ass back to the manor."
The {Wielder} was a little shocked but if Askalon had not done it he would have as he sighed and shook his head. He leaned down and popped the jaw back into place before beginning to drag him towards the manor.
