Lots of Notes! This is so serious!!

"Alright..!!"

Hidayat's eyesight was sharp when Arvita had just opened the door. His loud voice greeted him was still staring at Armand's study. Hidayat's eyes lit up as if Arvita was the lottery he had just discovered.

"Okay! Where do we start?" Hidayat glanced at his watch again. He has feeling still had enough time to explain to Arvita.

Arvita was still silent. Her hands were ready with a small book and a pen that she prepared to inscribe.

Hidayat went to Armand's desk and gave a code with the flick of his finger so Arvita could get closer to him.

"Come here.." Said Hidayat,

Arvita immediately walked over to the man and began to pay attention to what was on the table.

Hidayat corrected the position of the laptop and a blue folder, making the two objects appear parallel.

"Okay, Arvita! Make sure these two things should be on the table by the time Armand arrives."

"Noted, Sir," Arvita replied, just jotting it down.

"Lap... top... and folder...wait, sir? What's in this folder, sir?" Ask Arvita.

"Hmmm... Arvita your job is only to take notes and listen to my explanation. The question and answer session is always at the end. SO... wait for my explanation first,"

"Do you understand?"

Arvita nodded, and Hidayat didn't like Arvita, who started to wonder.

"As I explained earlier, these two things must be on Mr. Armand's desk. AND AGAIN... Make sure before his arrival, or else..." Hidayat slit his throat with his hand, making an expression that Arvita immediately understood.

Arvita nodded again, swallowing her saliva. Still not daring to ask a question,

"The laptop must be in the on position. You need to activate Mr. Armand's email. Remember, this is an official email created by the office, so this is not Mr. Armand's email. Only Mr. Armand, you, and I will know the password later."

Hidayat took Arvita's book and pen and began to write a sentence.

"And that's the password. Memorize, then you have to throw this paper away."

Hidayat lifted the blue folder, turning page after page.

"Hhh..." Hidayat complained in annoyance. "The accounting department hasn't sent the weekly report yet. Only for today, and I'll be the one asking for it. Then it's your job." Hidayat pointed at Arvita.

Again, Arvita makes a note.

"Every morning, the report that must be given to Mr. Armand is the accounting report, purchasing, and maintenance, and your job is to record the number of visitors from the EG Group Hotel."

"As you know, Arvita. EG Group manages luxury apartments with international five-star hotels."

"Make sure you cooperate with the manager there, to provide visitor reports DAILY," Hidayat emphasized.

"And this..!"

Hidayat took out some papers from the work drawer. There are at least five sheets of paper attached to the clipboard.

"This is Mr. Armand's schedule for the next three months. Later, when this three-month schedule expired. You have to help him make a new schedule after you input some activities in the following months."

"Usually, Mr. Armand will adjust his schedule to his work schedule."

Arvita was holding the sheets of paper, her head full of Hidayat's unfinished explanation.

"As for lunch, Mr. Armand has his nutritionist. Make sure, he doesn't eat anything related to nuts because he is very allergic to nuts."

"Arvita, come here," Hidayat said, pointing at a large painting neatly displayed on a large wooden wall.

"Watch and see," Hidayat said, pressing a button on the edge of the painting.

Instantly the painting split open, and a large room suddenly appeared. Sofa bed and large television. Even there is a minibar and wardrobe in the corner of the room.

"This is Mr. Armand's private break room. Don't ever enter this room without permission." Hidayat looked scary when he explained it.

"If I can't come in, why are you telling me about this?" Arvita looks confused.

"Ahh.... again, you ask before I explain. Hmm, I just wanted to tell you. It's cool, isn't it?" Hidayat grinned proudly. While Arvita could only stare strangely.

"OK, next." Hidayat pressed the button again, and instantly the walls became tight, and there was not even the slightest gap.

"Armand won't meet anyone who hasn't made an appointment. Make sure of that!! If you want to last long, never let anyone meet him without an appointment before,"

Hidayat approached Arvita, his nose sniffing quite close to hers.

Immediately Arvita kept her distance, confused by Hidayat who turned into a bloodhound.

"What's wrong? Do I smell?"

"Hmmm... no.. you don't. Your smell was good luck. Armand doesn't like smells that are too strong, but he doesn't like women who smell too good either. That would distract him."

"Don't scratch your nose in front of him. Don't sneeze in front of him, and make sure when you talk to him, your saliva doesn't come out."

Arvita pursed her lips, even more, starting to wonder if she had been acting like that all this time.

"Oh yes, if there is a sudden meeting. You can call the hotel manager to deliver a suit. But remember, Mr. Armand will not choose how to dress, but if your choice is wrong. Be careful with his anger and your career here could stop instantly."

"Being Mr. Armand's secretary means you must have a high degree of honesty. Never dare to look seductive. Hh.., I've already said this to five people before you."

"What?? Five..?" asked Arvita confused. She counted her fingers, meaning she was the sixth person.

"Yeah... But still, they were seduced by his good looks. And our boss fired them in just three seconds."

"Get out! You're fired!" Hidayat said, trying to imitate Armand's voice and style of speech.

"Three seconds, don't you? Do you count that, Arvita? Ahhh, you don't count, do you?" Hidayat was a little disappointed, while Arvita seemed to be trying to digest his explanation.

"Every Monday, you must be in the main lobby to greet him. And give a brief, before his weekly meeting."

"And if Mr. Armand calls you, then you must immediately, must, to COME..."

Again, Hidayat explained and saw Arvita frown slightly.

"But don't worry, Arvita. Mr. Armand will pay for every hour of your overtime. Just record it, make a report, and ask for his signature. And you will be paid."

"Do you live around here?" Hidayat asked again.

"Mmm.. no, sir. I happen to live with my parents..."

"How old are you? And how long is it from your house to work?" Hidayat interrupted and asked again.

"One hour at the earliest, if there are problems it can be an hour and a half," Arvita replied.

"Mm... you did come very early for your first day of work. But I suggest you can find a rental house or boarding house around here. Because working with Armand, it will take up your time and energy."

"Besides, you're twenty-six years old, right? it's about time you could be separated from your parents,"

Arvita was silent as she thought about all of Hidayat's advice, without realizing that her book was already full of notes she had made.

Arvita took a deep breath, and Hidayat smiled broadly at her. His face has returned to normal and looks friendly.

"Calm down. I'm sure you'll feel comfortable working with Mr. Armand. If there's something you don't understand, you can ask me."

"Thank you," Arvita smiled. In her thought kept encouraging herself.
