Blue Paint

"Hey, want to be reincarnated?" It all started with that simple question, sure it wasn't said exactly in that way or context but it's all the same, the events remained the same... and so did its effects, its effects on both her story and on herself. Mysterious beings sending people across the many worlds through a cafe and their strange sense of doing things have brought her into an experience that she would either regret experiencing or look back on as necessary suffering. An alien planet of human-looking people who display power and skills of unique origin. With blasters, air rifles, railguns, flying ships, flying cars, spaceships, teleporters, and enormous rings, she woke to find herself in a world that was foreign to her with all forms of objects that she could only dream of. They continuously went against what she thought to be humanly possible, though I guess that is no longer a valid thought to have, they however have predetermined thoughts about her. The people there despised her existence, they wished for her pain, her suffering, her death... Throughout many years of pain and suffering, she still found a way to come out on top, she found a way to prove her existence ignoring all that was done to her and said about her. Like a bolt of lightning, she came quickly, she came loudly, and she left her presence in the hearts and minds of the people she encountered, for that was what she desired, for however much they wanted her erasure and disappearance she wanted them to be reminded of her presence even more. Blue Paint. Her hair and eyes cultivate the paint that is splattered across the canvas that is her, and the pain she amasses shall be the brush she uses to plaster said paint. At the end of the journey even with the many things, she shall experience on the way her mind will always go back to when she was asked that very simple question. "Hey, do you want to be reincarnated?" *** Extra Tags – Gender-bender, Action, Adventure, War, etc. Chapter length - 1500 - 2700 One chapter a week. Aftermath, Moving On

After awakening from her two-day nap and talking with her mother and grandparents, Lulu had to stay in bed for a couple of months to recuperate and recover from her injuries.

Once she was allowed to leave her bed she found out that her daily activities were now much more limited than they used to, when she moved too much the skin on her legs would tighten, and she continued to have a rough time breathing.

The previous attempt on her life frightened Lulu to no end, she could barely walk to her door by herself yet whenever she reached out to the door she would tremble to no end.

One moment she would be fine, not feeling any form of feeling or pain from her right forearm or her back, then out of nowhere, she is struck by unbearable phantom pain, painful enough to bring her to tears.

Just seeing a lovely little girl having to suffer from such things saddened her family while they watched over her.

...

Finally being able to muscle up the resolve to leave her room, Lulu used her crutch to make her way to the top of the stairs.

She could only look down at it with a sigh. She could barely walk down the hallway let alone the stairs, it was a depressing feeling.

As if on cue Nizael came from out of the room to her side pushing a comfy look chair that had two large wheels and two small wheels on its sides, while attached to the back of the chair was a pair of retractable arms that held a book holder and a small place to place things on.

Just the sight of her grandmother cheered her up but seeing her in the chair cheered her up even more.

- "Is that... for... me, grandma?" even though it's been a while since the incident happened Lulu still had trouble speaking, well using her throat in general.

- "Of course dear, it took a while to get it made because it's not common for a Detrid to have trouble walking. But I made sure to get it for you..."

With a pause, a gentle look was placed on her face, before she sat Lulu down on the wheelchair.

"Come with me, we made a new room, especially for you. We thought you would be thrilled to have this."

Saying that Nizael pushed the wheelchair to a new room that was on the opposite side of the stairs and it slid open upon their presence.

When she saw the interior of the room Lulu was struck with amazement, the room was everything she could ever hope for. With beige walls and black, grey, and brown flooring the room was covered in set supplies, and to her surprise next to the giant canvas in the center of the room was a strange machine.

Seeing Lulu's eyes focusing on the machine Nizael smiled as her face started to burst with pride.

"Curious are you? That machine was made with the chair, your chair can attach to it and it'll lift you. It can move both vertically and horizontally, I mean up and down as well as side to side. There's also one more thing."

Placing her hand on a pad on the wall of the room, the entire ceiling and the walls began to turn translucent revealing the beautiful view of the sky she's always longed for.

With the walls now gone it was like they were standing in the field outside the house, seeing the sky and the playful cats Lulu felt like her heart was about to burst at this rate.

Seeing a look that she hasn't seen in a while made Nizael feel like everything was worth it. Nothing else mattered except seeing a smile on this little one's face.

- "Thank you... Thank you." Despite trying to hold herself back she couldn't stop her tears from flowing when she was brought into the arms of her grandmother.

She felt like she was crying much more than she used to before being reincarnated. She couldn't tell if this development was a good one or a bad one, all she knew was that she was happy with her new family. Even if there were some issues she's faced and will have to continue to face, she could only move forward.

She called down only a moment later and looked around getting a much better understanding of what was contained within the room. Pointing to the stack of canvases and an easel in the corner she asked her grandmother.

"C...Can you bring those... furthest wall." Rolling herself over to the furthest wall, while grabbing a few supplies, Lulu waited at the furthest wall for her grandmother to bring over the easel and canvas.

As she waited she took in the outside scenery, with her eyes closed she took a deep breath as deep as she could without hurting herself. This sequence of actions made it so that the only things present in her mind were the outside, herself, and now the canvas.

When she first woke up she wanted to draw right away, but she couldn't. When she picked up the pencil her hands were shaking to the point that the pencil and sketchbook fell from her hands. She tried numerous times to pick it up only to drop it again.

She couldn't draw. Lulu was devastated by this revelation, she couldn't the thing she loved the most, she couldn't lift a sheet of paper let alone a pencil! She hid and cried in her bedsheets for days and nearly starved herself.

Looking at her brush nervously Lulu picked it up she wasn't trembling as much as she was the first time. Even though she was still slightly trembling she was content, all that mattered was that she can still paint was the thought.

With the paint set, she did a confident stroke across the canvas, it was crooked. That didn't bother her though, she could use it. Stroke after stroke the canvas slowly came to life, creating a story after the image of real life.

Her trembling caused many mistakes as she covered the canvas in paint, using the trembling to her benefit she formed lighting and thunder across her piece of art, puffed up dark purple clouds, and drew upon a dreary atmosphere.

Lulu had morphed the outside scenery into something similar yet different. Sitting there for a few hours, not breaking from her focus for even a second she added and improved the painting continuously.

With her painting for so long, her trembling stopped being a changeable nuisance but instead fell into her influence and only worked to add more depth to it. This was a fortunate development for her because she was told the trembling would stick with her for the rest of her life.

When she woke up she lost some physical capabilities she couldn't even do art at first, she can barely walk as is. Art is one of the only things she can still do, it breathes new life into her, and it gives her a purpose.

There was a vibrant smile across Lulu's face, Nizael who has been standing off to the side watching her the whole time was happy. She has been watching over Lulu for almost the entire time she's been here and could tell that she was currently in a better place than before.

She never saw Lulu paint before but now that she has finally seen what she could there are no other words that can be used to define her but talented and genius. She was doing art on the level of professionals even with her hand constantly trembling, but the biggest achievement of her art was that it made her happy.

Tak! - "Ugh!" All of sudden Lulu grunted in pain and dropped her brush, Nizael rushed over to her as she was trembling and clutching at her arm and bending her back. "Ergh! Arrgh! Ughh!"

Thud! - Before Nizael could even reach Lulu's side her small body fell to the ground with a loud thud and was trembling and grunting on the floor as she was hit by a wave of phantom pain. Tears of pain were falling to the floor as she couldn't think straight, she couldn't even lift herself off the ground.

- "It's alright Lulu! I-I'll get you to your room right away okay. Just bear with it ok? Just bear with it. You'll be ok, you'll be okay." Quickly scooping Lulu into her arms Nizael rushed out of the room repeating words to the crying girl.

"Someone bring the doctor to Lulu's room immediately!"When she was in the hall she started shouting loud enough for everyone in the household to hear, including Latia and Sol.

- "Lulu!? Mother, is it happening again?!" Rushing to the base of the stairs Latia was about to also about to rush up the stairs.

- "Most likely, just go get the Doctor!"

- "Right, right! I'll be right back!" Pivoting on her heel she ran out of the house in a hurry bursting through the doors before they could open for her.

Sprawled out on her bed Lulu was still clutching at her arm almost digging into the burned skin with her back bending awkwardly and uncomfortably she was trying to speak but she could only choke on her words as she continued to cry and moan out in pain.

- "Sorry about this dear."

Not being able to withstand seeing her granddaughter suffering through so much pain she pulled a syringe filled with blue liquid out of a nearby dresser and stabbed it within Lulu's arm, injecting her with it.

Moments later her moans quieted down, her stream of tears stopped flowing, and her frantic squirming ceased with the grip on her arm.
