Cursed Body

Falling to the earth, the now dying Demon King looked at his killers, humans, a fairy, and a giant, alongside his traitorous sons. How could he have fallen so low, how could he have lost to these pests? It didn't matter however as he took bits and pieces off the ten commadments burying them deep beneath the earth as a last ditch effort for survival. 

In his mind, there was only laughter and regret, regret for now having slain his traitorous sons in the end. Then as his eyes closed for the last time, the only thing left was his regret for failing.

As the former Demon King fell, the pieces of his commandments fell to the earth, passing through the surface and burying themselves deep into it. Eventually, each one combined eventually restoring the power of their various curses and forming a pseudo embryo to properly incubate and create a body worthy of their various curses and powers. With each passing year, the embryo would move slowly across the world as it shifted and stirred with beings of magic becoming rare with each year.

Then the clans were banished from the world all except the commandment embryo who laid dormant absorbing magic beneath the earth. Then another major event changed the world, forever altering the course of life and death itself. The shattering of the world, fully splitting into three distinct parts. The human or mundane world where the living resides and where magic or Reiryoku as some beings call it.

Hueco Mundo or the world of hollow/corrupted souls and an endless desert of darkness and death. Where it is killed or be killed, a place fit only for the strong,  a place that is a paradise for those who derive joy from killing, from being strong. Then finally the Soul Society is the next area for human souls to go to, to wait in order to reincarnate once more in a new body, in a new time where some go on to become shinnigami or those that help souls pass on. 

Yet the embryo lived through it all thriving on the chaos and mana or Reiryoku generated by these events, growing larger and stronger from it. Its body slowly developed, forming a form able to handle the curses of the commandments and all the newly absorbed mana creating a stronger body. A body fit for a Demon King or at least the future Demon King once their power was fully restored to its former glory or perhaps even further beyond it just in case of another group of sins or if somehow the traitorous sons Meliodas and Zeldris were still alive.

As its body expanded, it finally arrived at Japan, a small island east of the continent it once came from and where its birth would be. Over the years as it moved from town to town, its body finalized itself becoming a more humanoid shape except in the form of pure darkness, the same all demons could naturally use and its body was naturally composed of the substance with the symbols of the ten commandments all over its body and it had two blood-red eyes. 

Then as 2002 passed, its body started to normalize itself becoming almost fully whole. Then it arrived at a very special place, Karakura Town a place dense with Reiryoku and a breeding ground for hollow as well. Deep beneath the trenches of the earth, for the first time in thousands of years, the embryo or egg cracked sending a wave of Reiryoku across the world itself alerting hollows, soul reapers, and other entities of its presence in the world. 

While each crack sent out a wave as well, none were as powerful as the first crack but they still carried a wave of power anyone could easily sense. As the egg fully cracked open, a black hand extended out and the newly born demon started to dig out of the earth finally able to exist on both the spiritual plane and physical plane, affecting both worlds with its mere presence. 

As its hand dug out of the ground, going towards the surface hoping to see the first time ever since it was first born. It cried out a wicked and monstrous cry to the world, unable to form words or even sentences due to its recent birth. Then it shot out of the earth letting out a wicked cry that all in town could hear, with most chalking it up to a weird nightmare due to the fact that night had long since fallen over the town.

Unlucky for a large greenish hollow with a large white hammerhead-like mask that was far thicker than a natural one and had a long thin tail and two massive fists. It charged forward hoping to devour the newly born demon who looked to its side and black tendrils automatically shot out of its body stabbing them, and then smaller ones shot out stabbing every well out.

As it started to dissipate, something came over the newly born demon and it launched itself forward and took a big bite out of the hollow, beginning to devour its soul. With each bite, the hollow got smaller and smaller with the newly born demon absorbing its Reriyoku even absorbing bits of knowledge from it. Once it was finished, the newly born demon roared out as the commandments glowed a tinny bit in the moonlight with hollows of all sorts starting to appear, drawn towards the demon spirits.

Yet once they saw the being most began cowering in fear, listening to their survival instinct and running away. The few remaining ones were as massive as the one from earlier and as the newly born demon looked at its surroundings with hollows of all kinds surrounding them, it somehow smiled. Then it roared out as the commandments glowed a bit absorbing local Reiryoku to try and charge them. The black tendrils came back out, and it stood up fully becoming more used to its newly born body. 

It cried out, shooting its black tendrils in all directions grabbing hold of a few of them and stabbing the others. Pulling the ones it grabbed forward, it began to devour them one by one, fully absorbing their souls and increasing its own power each time another was devoured. Eventually, after all the hollows were either killed automatically or devoured, they jumped onto the roof deciding to take a look over the town and see where it was currently located. 

Overlooking the town, it saw that the place was built like a maze with various back alleys and large sections of it being either a park, field, or school. It took a big whiff of the air, smelling the massive amount of Reiryoku in the air and it could see the various souls scattered across the place. Looking up at the sky, the newly born demon roared out raising its hands into the air like an animal, and almost like primal instinct, it charged hoping to either devour more hollows or souls. 

Yet all over the various worlds, beings of various powers all had one thought in one form or another.
