Alex?

"When you say vampire… like the ones who suck blood?" The woman questioned, continuing to keep her distance.

"Is there any other?" Alexander replied indifferently, walking over to sit on one of the chairs.

The woman started to feel a bit panicked at his answer.

"Do not fret."

The woman looked over at Alexander from the side.

"I do not find you palatable," Alexander finished off as he leaned his head against his hand. He was starting to feel a headache.

'Olivia' did not know whether to believe him but it didn't help that the man looked the same as Alex because her temporary fear soon vanished at the sight of his face.

Slowly, she walked over and took a seat opposite him.

"What about your Olivia?"

Alexander paused for a moment, slightly dazed by the word 'your' before returning to his norm, "What about her?"

"Well, does she look like me?"

Alexander's eyes shifted to the woman's face, scrutinizing her from top to bottom. Indeed, she did look like his Olivia and seeing this woman and not the person he wanted to see, caused the yearning for Olivia to grow deeper in Alexander.

He pursed his lips and replied, "No, she looks more alluring and charming,"

The woman frowned and retaliated, "You're such a liar! Well, Alex looks more handsome than you!"

Hearing her compliments for that man, Alexander did not bat an eyelid but then he started to think of Olivia who could currently be with this 'Alex'.

Alexander's forehead started to form a deep frown.

"Were you last with this 'Alex'?" He asked the woman sitting opposite.

"Yes."

Alexander's expression started to turn uglier.

"I wonder if my Alex and your Olivia are together right now," The woman gave a big sigh, leaning further into the chair.

On the other side, Olivia was indeed with this new 'Alex'.

"Why are you dressed like that? What is this, cosplay?" A man questioned, a playful smirk dancing across his face.

The thing was, this man looked exactly like Alexander yet Olivia could see he was not Alexander at all.

Olivia did not reply to the man and looked around. Her eyes could see a lot of different objects yet she could not recognise not one thing. Everything was unfamiliar and novel.

The man looked at the extremely confused and puzzled Olivia. He could feel something was off but not what.

"Olivia, why are you even dressed like that?" The man looked her up and down. The plain black cotton dress and the brown boots were something he would not associate with the Olivia he knew.

Olivia, however, stood rooted to her spot. She ignored the man standing in front of her.

Soon, her eyes caught sight of something. She walked over to, what looked like a cabinet, and stood before it. On top, were various different coloured pictures.

What intrigued Olivia was that in these pictures, she could see her own face and Alexander's yet she knew these people were not themselves.

The man soon found that there was something wrong with Olivia. He walked over and put his hand on her shoulder in order to face him.

Olivia quickly removed his hand, "Who are you?"

"Olivia… this isn't a joke," The man warned, his playful smile no longer on his face.

"Indeed, I am Olivia but… I do not know who you are Sir," Olivia replied. She didn't know why her heart was calm, perhaps it was because the person in front of her greatly resembled the Alexander she knew.

"I'm Alex! Obviously you know who I am!" The man standing before her seemed to look agitated at Olivia.

Olivia stared at him. Of course she didn't know who he was. The Alexander she knew had beautiful deep crimson eyes and along with two sharp fangs, yet these features were missing on the man in front of her. Instead, she came face to face with, what seemed to be, a human resembling Alexander.

Olivia did not know what happened for her to be in such a place but she knew that she was not the Olivia he was looking for.

"Sir, I am not," Olivia pointed to the girl that resembled her in the picture, "Her."

The man slowly started to believe Olivia. After speaking to her for a while, only now could he see the differences between the two of them yet, he could not believe the truth.

Looking at the doubt in the man's eyes, Olivia felt that it was quite familiar.

"If you wish to see our differences…" Olivia looked around before walking towards a rack and picking up a very sharp knife.

Seeing what Olivia was about to do, the man's face paled, "What are you…!"

As the blood ran down her palm, Olivia felt that this was the only way she could ease the man's doubt and make her believe him. As the man gaped at the phenomenon of Olivia's wound closing in on itself, Olivia reminisced the similar scene she had when she first showed Alexander.

Once Olivia cleaned herself up, the man finally muttered, "So you're not her."

Olivia stayed silent as she eyed the various pictures of the pair upon the cabinet. If she was here, then did the girl who resembled her, switch places?

Thinking of it all, Olivia felt as if she were watching a play yet it was happening to her in reality.

As Olivia was thinking of him, the man's voice perked up, "What are you day dreaming about?"

"Master Alexander," Olivia replied, absentmindedly.

"Alexander?" The man's head started to put two and two together.

"It did look like you recognised me at first. So, does that mean Olivia is with this 'Master Alexander'?" The man frowned at the possibility.

"Most likely," Olivia sighed.

As her eyes drifted to look at the man sitting beside her, she suddenly started to miss the Alexander she was sleeping beside just this morning.

The black eyes staring back at her made her deeply uncomfortable, and she just wanted to return to her familiar crimson.

Although Alex did not like the fact that 'Olivia' was currently with this Alexander, he had one question that he wanted to ask.

"Does this Alexander look exactly like me, just like you look like Olivia?"

Olivia observed the man beside her before lowering her eyes, "No, Alexander has a beautiful set of crimson eyes with white, pearly fangs,"

The man suddenly had the urge to curse.

What was this woman talking about?

He took a deep breath before asking, "What do you mean red eyes and…fangs?"

Olivia looked at him nonchalantly, "He's a vampire, of course."

The man suddenly leapt off his chair as he shouted at her angrily, "What do you mean vampire? Doesn't that mean Olivia is in danger? Are you insane?"

The man had believed her off the bat. After already acknowledging Olivia's powers, he had no doubt that in her world, vampires also resided there.

The man looked nervous and particularly agitated. Seeing his reactions, Olivia could not help but continue to see the differences between the two men. It seemed that the only similarities they held were their features. The rest were completely different.

"I suspect she's alright," Olivia replied.

"You don't even know?" The man huffed in anger, his head within his hands.

Soon after, the clock was ticking to about two hours since the two women had switched.

Olivia started to feel dizzy once again.

After her dizziness slowly subsided, she heard a familiar voice shouting at her from the distance. The voice started to sound closer and closer before Olivia gasped and opened her eyes.

"Alexander?" Olivia asked as she found herself back in his bedroom.

Alexander didn't reply to her any longer, immediately pulling her towards him. He buried his head into the crook of her neck, taking a long sniff and finally confirming that it was indeed his Olivia that had come back.

Olivia too, felt that this was the Alexander that she had always known and happily wrapped her arms around him.

He pulled away from her but continued to keep her in his arms, "Are you hurt?"

Olivia gave him a wide and dazzling smile, "What could possibly happen to me?"

The two of them decided to snuggle together in bed as the shock of the day had yet to subside.

Olivia, however, could feel that something was off, "Are you angry?"

Alexander gently nudged her head further to his chest, "Did you spend all this time with him?"

Olivia chuckled lightly before replying, "Who? Ah, are you perhaps speaking of Alex?"

Hearing Olivia say another man's name so casually, Alexander could not take it. He softly nibbled on her ear, every so often giving it a nip.

"Let's not speak about other men," Alexander decided.

"It's not like I'm happy about that woman being here either," Olivia huffed as she pulled out of his embrace and looked up at him.

Alexander's lips pulled upwards as he gave her a chaste kiss on the lips, "Do not fret. I only find you beautiful and alluring, other women do not meet my eyes."

Olivia gave a beautiful sheepish smile, "I'll take your word for it."

Looking down at her, Alexander could not take it any longer, pulling her closer to him. Her red, delicate lips looked ripe enough that all Alexander could do was to swoop down and ravish her lest it do her a disservice.

Between the kisses, Olivia could only giggle as her arms snaked around his neck.

Giving her lips a few more pecks, Alexander broke away to speak, "Next time you'll take a maid with you to the bathroom."

Before she could reply, his lips had once again come down on hers, both their tongues soon entwining as his hands caressed her waist. Just like that, the pair had let the rest of the day waste away.
