The wave went towards the ground, making a series of small vines break the rocky ground. They created a small line on the ground. Its purpose? Make Wamuu fall!

From his perspective, I was running at an incredibly fast speed. The air around me screamed as I moved. But he couldn't do anything about it. Even if he is strong, his body still needs time to react.

But Wamuu isn't a combat genius for nothing. His body pressed for change and from his left ear, a powerful gust of wind was released making his head tilt to the side, while he tried to move his left fist to strike me.

My hand missed his brain for a hair, but I still cut part of his head off.

I don't even need to talk about the rest of his body. My hand passed through it as if it was butter.

I then went to finish the job but.

But surprisingly, Kars rushed at me and punched me. Making me fly over a few dozen meters away and hit the wall.

I placed a small tracker on both Wamuu and Esidisi's clothes. It doesn't have a lot of range but it should make do for a time.

Caesar didn't know why he answered him like he did to his master. But he felt it was appropriate.

Caesar was stunned. Instead of fear this man showed courage and succeeded in hurting the Pillar man to that extent.

I started to remove all of my equipment that I hid around the place. Lamp oil, ropes, bombs… You name it… I also had Uv lights, things charged with Hamon, traps, Etc.

I was determined to kill them, but I think it was enough for one day. They were just as strong as I had expected, but as Kars said, they were weakened due to the slumber. Wamuu didn't use his final techniques due to energy deficiency. I can still fight one of them alone, but if all three come together in their strongest state I might suffer a little. I could defeat them together if I prepare well enough, but I won't take such chances just to full my ago.

I will prepare some things for the final fight in 33 days...

You might be streaming at yourself, why didn't I use any technological equipment? I had some prepared as traps but didn't end using it.

The first problem is the time. 1930ish. They don't have the equipment necessary to make most of everything. So I had to have them build machine by machine, there is a limit to what I can do within 10 years though. I can't accelerate 100 years of progress in so little time. The time to gather resources, time to build the machines, test them, teach people how to operate and understand them, and so on.

(The clones took a few more years after the Timeskip to come back, but being realistic, he can't operate a factory with a dozen or two clones.)

The other reason is that it's messy. I don't want to damage their bodies too much. I have Santana in a special confined space. But he is a failure from Kars' view. There might be something wrong with him.

I want to get their bodies for research.

That's why I am reserving my Mech for emergencies, if they become a problem too great for me to handle I will just blast them into space.

The last problem is the energy cost. Not all of the technology was adapted. Think, what is the difference between both worlds? Their geography is pretty similar, history too. But the basic energies are different, so even if some things from the IS world will work in the Jojo world, others might not.

The IS core is a very easy example. A lot of technologies are made with it in mind. But this thing doesn't exist in the Jojo world, and as Lylia said, it's too expansive to make it work.

So in the end, only a part of the technologies from the IS world was adapted.

I hope my bet ends well since my life and my friends are at stake.
