Chapter 20: Silencing or Confessing

P.O.V Third Person

"How's everything going?" He was looking at the big picture at the wall behind his desk, and his men stood on the opposite side. He asked his men.

One of them replied, "They are starting training from today."

A smug smirk appeared on his lips. "They think they require strength and talents of using weapons to fight the apocalypse. Hah, they are wrong. Poor creatures." His men also chuckled, thinking that they should. But with his dark gaze, he turned around immediately. "Was that a joke?" He asked glaring hard at both of them. One was still smiling. With a blink he fetched a gun from the back of his jeans and shot that smiling head, aiming straight for his forehead.

"Now, tell me, was that a joke?" He again asked his question to the remaining one, who was looking at the lively body slowly becoming a corpse. "No, sir" He was terrified, so he replied immediately, trying not to die like his friend.
