The lesson

The gates of the eagle tribe closed with a thud as soon as Lyra and Noah entered inside. Eagle guards or the beastmen around didn't show them any regard as they blatantly glared at the duo with accusing eyes. Lyra walked hand in hand with her mate trying not to care about her surroundings but it was becoming impossible as time passed. She could only imagine how hurt Kyrell must have been for his tribesmen to react like this. She just hoped for him to be okay. That was all she asked for.

After walking for a few more minutes, they finally reached the eagle castle. And the hostility shown by the beastmen outside the castle was nothing compared to the ones inside.
