The Submergence of the Continent

While the first-generation civilization had made changes and shifted the battlefield from the sea to the continent, it had no effect on the malevolent intent. As long as there were negative emotions to absorb, the changes in the battlefield were inconsequential. However, it had not anticipated that the civilization would want to destroy everything, burying all the mutant beasts on the continent.

The First Divine Guardian had already left the continent but remained in the high altitude of the original battlefield. It chose not to approach the malevolent intent immediately, as that would only expedite the battle. The Divine Guardian turned its head, looking towards the continent. Countless ferocious mutant beasts occupied every corner of the land.
