Minako was adept at speaking. The two zombie girls were still in a hypnotized state, like marionettes; whatever Howard asked them to do, they would do. They couldn't even speak, so how could they possibly express admiration and affection for Howard to Minako? It was clear that Minako was just adding her own narrative, seeing the girls in their dazed state and deciding to gift them to Howard as a favor.

And such girls added a certain flavor. Like real-life dolls, they wouldn't refuse, would take any position, and handle whatever was done to them without complaint. Many in Japan would likely enjoy this kind of play.
