Family Reunion II

Morning came and the sunlight shined in Evie's room, she was so happy, she woke up with a smile on her face, she still could not believe that she was in a real life castle and she even had her own room, and best of all she was going to be Queen hehe.

"Good Morning my Kingdom" said Evie as she stretched out of bed and went into the Bathroom.

Evie's room was very huge, bigger than the one she shared with Kaylee back at home, it had a huge King sized bed that had a red patterned duvet and lots of pillows.

The sunlight shined in from one huge window that had huge red patterned coloured curtains hanging from them, the floor of the bedroom was covered in the same red Patterned carpet, there was a huge glass Chandelier, there was also a very huge walk in closet that was mostly empty because Evie didn't have anything much in there, there was also a mahogany dressing table with a mirror.

"Since i am going to be queen i don't need to go to school anymore, Yayyyy awesome!!" said Evie as she finished brushing her teeth.

The Bathroom had Marble tile floors and there was a huge bath and a shower, there was a big mirror in front of the basin.

After Evie took a shower she went into the walk in closet and she chose a pair of dark denim jeans and she wore a floral pattern t-shirt, she tied her long blonde hair in a ponytail and she went out of her room.

The décor of the Castle was very medieval, the floors were made out of wood and there were, red and gold patterned carpets all around the Castle, in every corridor there were paintings of all the royal families and some important royal officials, Evie looked at all the hundreds of years paintings with awe, they looked so real like the people in the paintings were staring at you.

While Evie was admiring one of the paintings of their Grandfather, Kaylee came out of her own room, she was already dressed in jeans and a top and ready to eat breakfast.

"Good Morning Evie!!" said Kaylee as she greeted her sister, Evie turned her head from the painting and looked at where her sister was and said "Good Morning Kay Kay so how was your night without us sharing a room?" asked Evie as she walked over to where her sister was and hugged her.

"Haha well the room was huge but it was too quiet for my liking" said Kaylee as she chuckled

"Hey what's that supposed to mean??" asked Evie as she pretended to hit her sister

"Nothing Nothing" said Kaylee as she giggled

Ellie and Celeste had just came out of their room

"Good Morning Kay and Evie" said Ellie as she walked over to where her sisters were laughing and Celeste followed.

The twins had their hair done in a wrap around French braid Pigtail

"Good Morning Ellie and Cellie so how was your night?" asked Evie as she stopped laughing and patted her baby sisters on their heads

"Well it was good Evie and our room is huge!!!" said Ellie

"Even Celeste agrees" said Ellie and Celeste nodded her head

"Haha yes so true" said Evie

"Okay now enough chit chat let's go have breakfast i want to see Grandfather" said Evie and the others nodded and they walked downstairs towards the dining room.

In the Dining room, Lucas and Lucinda were already awake and were on the dining table with Henry he was sitting on the dining chair at the end of the dining table, they were having some tea.

"Good Morning Mom and Dad" said Evie as she pulled out a chair and sat in it, Kaylee, Ellie and Celeste also greeted their parents and sat down.

"Good Morning Grandfather how are you?" asked Evie as she smiled and looked at Henry and her sisters followed in suit

"Good Morning my dear i am doing very well Thank you for asking my dears" said King Henry as he smiled at all of them and they smiled back.

"Oh sorry we are late Noey refused to wake up" said Matt as he walked in to the dining room with the boys and he was carrying Noey.

"Good Morning Mom and Dad, Evie, Kay Kay, Ellie and Cellie" said Matt as he put Noey in his seat and sat down and the boys also sat down.

"Good Morning Matt" said Everyone as they greeted him back

"How was your night dear?" asked Lucinda

"It was good mom how was yours?" asked Matt

"Good as well" said Lucinda as she smiled.

"Good Morning Grandfather" said Matt as he smiled

"Good Morning my wonderful grandsons, don't let us waste this wonderful breakfast everyone dig in, dig in" said Henry and they all started eating.

"Hey Grandfather, are you not all Vampires?" asked Evie as she stopped eating as a question popped into her head.

"Of course we are, why do you ask that question dear girl?" asked Henry as he looked at Evie with curiosity

"Then how come there is sunlight here?? are Vampires not allergic to Sunlight?" asked Evie as she was curious

And all the other children at the table were also curious now that Evie mentioned it

"Oh Good question dear girl" said Henry

"Well you are right we are allergic to sunlight, but that sun you see out there is fake" said Henry and all the children's eyes were popped out how could that sun be fake it felt and looked too real

"Wait how come Grandfather?? how can that sun be fake i mean the light and heat that it's emitting is just too real" said Evie as she pointed out the obvious points and all her siblings nodded their heads in agreement to her statement except for Noey as he was playing with his food

"Haha Good Observations there my child, but the sun is really fake, it is a result of magic from our Witch Realm allies, a very long time ago the whole Vampire realm was always in darkness and night time, until our peace treaty with the Witches and they helped us and casted a fake sun spell, this sun acts like the normal sun, but it does not burn our skin." explained Henry

"Oooh now it makes sense" said Evie "Yes it really does" said Matt

"Yes my children" said Henry

"But Grandfather what exactly is in the Witches Peace Treaty?" asked Evie

Henry was surprised at her question, children her age were normally not interested in matters like these Henry remembered when Lucas was Evie's age and he tried to explain thing like this, but he never showed interest till an older age, meanwhile Evie did not know what was going on in her Grandfather's head, she was just asking these questions out of pure curiosity and nothing more.

"Well my dear girl it's nothing much just that our realm will never attack their realm and that we are allies and we render help to one another" explained Henry

"And also that there is no cross marriages allowed between races right?" asked Evie sadly

Everyone on the table went quiet, Henry was shocked that was indeed part of the Peace treaty but he decided not to mention it since it was a delicate matter but Evie just guessed it he could not believe it.

Evie took the silence as she was right and she was even more sad.

Henry felt awful that his grandchildren had to pass through this kind of thing so he said

"Come here my children" he said as he spread out his arms and all of them came towards him

"You know that the law never permitted for your parents to get married, and i was once against it, but after some while i came to realize that there are no rules on true Love, you cannot choose the person you will fall in Love with, and if your parents had not gone against the law, they would have not made something so beautiful and have given me 9 wonderful grandchildren i Love you all my children" said Henry as he hugged all of them and they became happy

"We Love you too Grandfather!!" said Evie and the rest and they all laughed and the mood was happy once again in the dining room.

While the family was having a happy moment a familiar dark- haired brown eyes man walked in to the dining room.

"Jake!!" said Lucas as his eyes immediately went to the man standing at the door of the room.

"Lucas" said Jacob as he saw Lucas sitting in the dining chair

"Hmm Jacob what is it?" asked Henry as he stopped hugging his Grandchildren

"Good Morning your majesty but i am not here as a general today but as an Uncle" said Jacob and Henry smiled

Jacob's eyes moved over to where Lucinda was sitting and he said "Hello Luc long time no see" he said a he smiled

"Ahhh Jake same to you, you never visit" said Lucinda as she smiled

"Haha i am always busy" said Jacob as he smiled

"Haha i know but i do have someone in mind who is always happy to see you" said Lucinda as she winked at Jacob

Jacob's smile twitched and he said "Haha Luc i see as funny as always just tell me that she's not here" said Jacob with a wavering smile

"Haha you are in luck she could not make it" said Lucinda as she was holding back her laughter and Jacob sighed in relief

"Anyway i am not here for her" said Jacob as he turned his attention of the children

"Hello kids i'm Uncle Jacob nice to finally meet you" said Jacob
