Family Reunion
"Helloooo grandfather nice to meet you can i be queen??" said Evie without thinking.
And that question left everyone in the room dumbfounded
"Haha of course you can" said King Henry as he patted Evie on her head
"Awesome!!" said Evie with stars in her eyes.
"Hah did everyone hear that?? i am going to be queen!!" said Evie which gave everyone else another shock and King Henry burst into laughter.
He laughed like he never laughed before and that caused everyone else to laugh.
Evie was confused were they laughing at her?? she asked herself?
"Hey what's so funny??" asked Evie and no one answered her they just kept on laughing
The laughing died down eventually and Evie was still left dumbfounded
"Come here Princess" said Lucas and Evie went to meet her Father.
Lucas stepped forward and said "Hello Father" as he bowed his head
"You may rise" said Lucas and he rose and King Henry stood up and hugged him
"I missed you my boy" he said as he patted his shoulders
Lucas noticed that his Father had aged a lot, all his hair had gone white and he had some wrinkles on his face, he had become fatter.
"Mhmm" replied Lucas
"Now introduce me to everyone!!" said Lucas as his father let go of him
"Well Father you already know Lucinda" said Lucas
"Good Evening your Majesty" said Lucinda as she curtsied
"Oh no need for that you are my daughter in law come and give me a hug" said Henry and Lucinda gave him a hug.
Lucas didn't know why but for some reason his Father seemed to have soften up over the years.
"Hello Grandfather i am Matt" said Matt as he bowed and tried to show his respect
"Oh hello my boy, stop with the formalities come closer and let Grandpa have a better look at you" said Henry and Matt walked closer
"Oooh i see that the apple doesn't fall far away from the tree you look just like your father when he was your age" said Henry
"Thank you Grandfather" said Matt
"Father you have already met Evie" said Lucas
"Of course i have she is a bundle of Joy" said Henry as he pinched Evie's cheek and she smiled.
"This is Levi" said Lucas
"Hello gramps" said Levi and Henry replied with a "Right back at you"
"This is Kaylee" said Lucas and Kaylee came forward and said "Hello Grandpa" and Henry hugged her
"This are Ellie and Celeste" said Lucas
"Twins?? Lucinda you did good we don't have twins in out family" said Henry and Lucinda looked away and he hugged Ellie and Celeste
Lucas introduced Mark, Edward and Frankie one by one and they all received a hug.
Noey was confused about what was going on and he walked over to Lucas and he carried him
"Father this is the littlest of them all Noey" said Lucas
"Aww precious boy" said Henry as he wanted to carry Noey and Lucas gave Noey to him
"Santa?" asked Noey as he saw the white hair
"Aww no precious boy i am Grandfather" said Henry and Noey looked at him as he was confused and he said "Granny??"
And everyone burst into laughter "Yes that's close enough"
"Well now let's go eat dinner" said Henry as he stood up and led the way.
Dinner was very harmonious Henry like hearing his Grandchildren talk it brought a smile to his face and made him feel young again.
After Dinner Henry ordered the maids to show everyone to their room and he wished them a goodnight and he went to his meeting room.
"Is that all the information?" asked King Henry as he was serious
"Yes it is" your majesty said a familiar voice
"Okay that's enough for now" said King Henry
"Yes your Majesty" said the voice
"Ahh have you seen my son and his family, all his children are very cute and funny" said Henry as a smile came to his once serious face
"No your majesty i will see them tomorrow" said the voice
"Ahh Jacob you have served me well, but just look at Lucas he has a nice wife and wonderful children, i know that you are loyal to me but i think that it's time you find a nice girl and settle down with her don't you think?" asked Henry
"I will think about it your Majesty but for now Goodnight your Majesty" said Jacob as his face looked stoic as usual
"Ahh Goodnight then" and with that Jacob left the room and Henry was still smiling
