As Brianna watched the lovey-dovey interactions, she couldn't help but think back to Royston.
'That stupid Royston could not get a single task done. Foolish! I can never trust anyone to get a job done! What a nuisance!' Brianna smiled and winced as another alien thought crept into her mind, causing her pain.
She took one step forward and then called out to Ian, but he did not even react.
"I have some business to discuss with IAN!"
That got her the attention she was looking for as Ian slowly turned to look at her. She trembled from the intensity of the gaze, but Brianna had a mission and did not back down.
Ian turned back to Shelby and, in the full view of the curious crowd, gave a deep, short kiss.
"Let me take care of this. I'll be right back."
