"Ace!?" 

"You guys looked surprised to see me." The ex-assassin looked over to see the unconscious Chase. 

"How's he holding up?" 

"Doc says he'll be fine as soon as he recovers his ain." 

"Or..." 

Ace moved forward and places his hand on the forehead of the speedster. A faint glow appeared and it wasn't long that Chase jolts up gasping for air. 

"Chase!" 

"Huh? What's going on?" The speedster took a minute to process the events that transpired. A look of disappointment crossed his face. "That's right, I lost, miserably." 

"How?" Jake asks Ace. 

"I shared my ain with him." Ace replied with a smile.

"You what!?" The enders all gasped.

"What? You guys seemed worried hihi." 

"We know that but we all contemplated on that and decided Chase won't want us to burn away our ain before our matches." Lexi States. 

"Yeah, and he wasn't really in any danger," Falkner adds.
