CHAPTER 4

MR. GAVIN'S P.O.V

I woke up because of a loud knock on my door, i sat on bed and checked my clock, it was twelve midnight. Who could be knocking at my door in the middle of the night. I stood up and wore my robe and fix my hair as i go to my door, i opened my door and the person suddenly hugged me and started crying. I checked who this person was, the person suddenly felt shy because it let go of the hug. It suddenly moved it's face to me and to my surprise it was Amari. I hurriedly shut the door close and locked it. "Did they see you?" I ask as i felt chills ran down my spine, this is dangerous very dangerous. People might think we have this kind of relationship. "I- I'm having nightmares again. I can't sleep, I'm sorry" she said sobbing. I got a hold of myself and went to her, when i touched her shoulders, she was shaking, she might have been scared coming down the castle alone. I hugged her, "don't be scared now, I'm here, I'm here." I said calming her down while caressing her hair. "Everything will be ok." Then i suddenly noticed her not moving, i assume she's asleep? I look down at her and see her sleeping face, how adorable. But this is very scandalous she is wearing only her night gown, people night think we had- no don't think about that, this is a child. I slowly carried her to my bed, she was as light as a child, i covered her with my blanket to keep her warm, and feel comfortable. Suddenly the rain starts to fall , lightning and thunder started to show up, i closed all my windows.

Amari doesn't like rain, so i need to stay beside her at all times, just for this night. I sat down on my chair facing her , she is very beautiful, this lady is so much to think of, she is every word the guy is looking for, i smile as i start to imagine Amari marrying the guy she loves and having her own family, but i felt sad, I can't be sad, i shouldn't feel anything or something towards her, i am just new to these things, so i need to concentrate myself being a butler. I was going to sleep when i hear her cry . I ran towards her and see her crying while sleeping. I wiped away her tears and kissed her forehead. I suddenly realized what i was doing i slap myself hard. What am i doing?? I hurriedly ran to my chair and started to fall asleep.

AMELIA'S P.O.V

"Good morning your highness." I said as i entered Princess Amara's room, she was in front of her mirror fixing and brushing her hair, she looks at me and calls me. "Where's my sister?" She asked looking straight to the mirror. "She's still sleeping, my lady." I said looking at her straight golden hair. "Tell her i want to have cup of tea with her, later, when she's awake." She said still brushing her hair. "Yes, my lady."i bowed at her and went to her bed and fixed it, she stood up and went to the window. "Where's Mr. Gavin?" I don't even know where that guy is. "Must be with the king, my lady." I said still fixing her bed. As i finished fixing her bed, princess Amara went out of the room leaving dirt on her table , where did she go last night? Did she try to go outside in the middle of the night? Suddenly i felt a person moving at my back. "You seem off today Amelia." I hear princess Amara's voice behind my back, i suddenly felt scared. I feel her hand touch my shoulder and there was a slightly sharp that pinned my skin. She was pinny my skin with something. I winced as i felt pain and see blood coming out of my blouse, "oh, you're bleeding Amelia, are you okay?" She said while touching and pinching the wound. "Ye-yes my lady." Then i feel another pin piercing my shoulder. "Amara!" I suddenly hear princess Amari's voice then she comes in the room, i felt relieved seeing her enter the room, princess Amara stopped piercing my shoulders. Then i left the room,Princess Amari followed me outside, she stopped me and checked my shoulder. "Oh you're bleeding!" She said worriedly. I smiled at her "I'm alright, my lady." After talking to her i ran and went to the washing area but before i could go wash the blood away, i saw her go back inside.

PRINCESS AMARI'S P.O.V

i woke up because of a cold breeze, i sat up but saw no one inside my room even Mr. Gavin. Where is he, why am i here? I was with him last night..was i dreaming again? i noticed people running to the hall, seems like there's something wrong. I went outside my room and came across maids gossiping about Amelia being hurt again bu Amara. I ran to my sister's room and saw her behind Amelia, i see her wincing, she was in pain then i see blood by her shoulders and Amara was pinching it. "Amara!" I called out. Then Amelia ran outside. "I'll be back!" I shouted at her and followed Amelia out. "Oh you're bleeding!" I looked at her wound, poor girl. She touched my hand and smiled. "I'm alright, my lady." Then she ran away. i went back inside and closed the door and locked it. She was brushing her when i came back inside, "what are you doing?!" I shouted at her because it seems that she is def. She turned her back and looked at me. "I wasn't doing anything, and besides, it's none of your business." She said laughing. What's funny?i ran to her and grab her hair. She held her hair and shouted. "Aaah!!! My hair!!!" I grabbed her hard and pulled it over. "Im going to make you bald!" Then she pushes my stomach with her feet. she rans fast and sits on top of me and slaps me hard. " You ignorant prick! How dare you pull my hair!!" She slaps me hard again. That hurt! I grab her hand and strangle it, she shouts again. Then i hear people knocking at her door. "My lady!!" Must be the guards, she bites my hand , "oow!!" I wince in pain, then she grabs my head and hit me hard on the floor, im starting to feel dizzy, i pull her hair again but this time i pulled harder and pulled out some of her hair strands. She stood up and went to the mirror, she was furious. "Aah!!!!" She shouted louder then she cried ,this time she went crazy. "Im going to kill you prick!!" She took a knife by her drawers and was coming after me . I was waiting for the knife to pierce my skin and wait to die, everything went slow motion i was picked up by a man and he turned his back to my sister. I looked at that guy .. we looked at each other's eye, those beautiful blue eyes, it was Mr.Gavin.
