this is a tale of three individuals from different worlds forced by they're higher power to build a kingdom despite they're morally compromised mentality they were convinced with a promise of 1 wish each will this go well? Or are they destined to always be losers
The trio sprinted through the city, maneuvering around anything that got in their way. "There are archers up ahead they're trying to get a good aim at us," Liam exclaimed, swiftly pulling out a sniper rifle. With a fluid slide, she took down one of the archers perched in a clocktower with a single shot to the head. "You're saying they're managing to keep up with us? They've got some sharp eyes," Minerva remarked, a sinister smirk gracing her face. Liam quickly resumed her sprint, leaping back into action. "You dropped knockout gas on them. Perhaps we should have finished them instead of choosing the retreat option" Jack suggested to Liam, who scoffed in response. "I'm not going to fuck around and find out we're in an entirely different world and considering the level of threat we had no chance of inflicting fatal damage" she replied before casually catching an arrow and snapping it between her fingers.
Before the group could go any further they were suddenly surrounded by ten mirrors. Ten imposing figures emerged from the mirrors exuding an overwhelming aura. "Well, that's certainly unexpected," Liam muttered, her anger evident as she realized their predicament. She attempted to reach into her pack, but before she could react, a swishing sound filled her ears as her hand was severed. She bit her lip keeping herself from cursing. 'I didn't even see what cut me this is real bad luck' she thought, shakily concealing her regenerating hand within her pocket.
One of the ten individuals stepped forward, unraveling a list as he eyed the trio. He stood tall, wearing an unusual armor consisting of red and black plates connected in triangular patterns. Thin strands of black hair veiled his bright orange eyes and a series of dotted scars adorned the left side of his face. Clearing his throat he addressed them with authority,"I am Cyan, and you three nobodies have had the audacity to commit numerous violations. You can either surrender peacefully or witness the messy consequences, as one of my colleagues has demonstrated" Folding the list he sharpened his gaze at them, silently daring them to challenge him.
Liam flinched at that very moment, her fist instinctively clenching. 'I can't believe the look he's giving me. I wish I could impale him right in the eye. It's clear he's rarely been challenged except for a handful of times that scar being a clear showing. But I can't put him in his place but I'll definitely get him for this later..' She sighed, extending both her hands, eliciting widened eyes from the scar-faced man and an annoyed sidelong glance from Minerva. 'So she's decided to surrender I can't blame her considering the display earlier It just means things just got a lot more tedious' Minerva thought, reluctantly mirroring Liam's action. 'I suppose that god wasn't joking about our bad luck I had intended to use that ability but I guess it can wait after all there might be something useful to discover on this unexpected prison adventure' Jack contemplated before following suit.
Cyan regained his composure snapping his fingers as a blur went pass and cuffs were on their wrists. "These cuffs are specially designed to weigh you down rendering your attempts at escape futile don't entertain any foolish ideas or you'll only embarrass yourselves" Cyan uttered coldly, before forcefully pushing them back along the path leading to the castle.
