It's been a week since the trade with the Goddess of Dirt.

I've made the cave my territory and what I did for the past week?

Nothing but grinding.

Although yes, I feel bad for the deers and rabbits.

It's all part of the circle of life.

I have to say though, for a moment I thought I was over hunting since everyday, less and less prey were appearing in my area.

So then, I focused my target on earth-type of monsters.

Because of the blessing, I unlocked one helpful skill on grinding earth monsters.

You are able to detect monsters walking above and hiding or moving below the ground.

5 meters in range.

Mana Cost: 500

Cooldown: 5m ]

With this, I've been able to find many more earth-type monsters hiding beneath the ground.

And so, after 1 week of grinding, This is my stats now.

It seems that a skill will level up by frequent use.

By the week has ended, I've already maxed out some of my skills and so, a new option appeared.

Apparently, MAXed skills can be upgraded to 1 star. Although I'm not sure what this means nor what it does but what I'm sure that it's freaking costly.

The MAXed skill needs to consume three other MAX level skills.

This is broken.... Like, I don't even know what this upgraded skill does but it needs to consume three other maxed level skills?

What the heck?

C'mon at least let me see the benefits in doing so.

Not like, 'oh look you can upgrade your skill to 1 star! doesn't that sound exciting?'

Sigh...

Anyway, I guess for now, aside from grinding, I should also gather skills.

But...

How do I get them again?

The first thing I know is that scavenge skill and gathering skill was already there the moment I first opened my stats.

But... How? How do I get them?

I'm pretty sure that the Wind Walker gave a huge clue but...

How did I get it again?

Hmm...

I was running... Found out Im faster... and then pushed myself to run even more faster.

Then I suddenly felt like my feet wasn't even touching the ground anymore, then I just thought "Oh wow the wind is carrying me".

And then... Boom, the Wind Walker appeared.

But I've already tried doing a couple of ideas.

Such as punching with my paws, scratching with my claws, etc. etc.

But nothing...

Sigh... How troublesome.

Come to think of it, Gaia's blessing also gives out skills, depending on the user's compatibility?

How does that work though? I'm not even sure how I got Quake Detection.

I just thought to myself, "If only I could see or hear better, then I'd be grinding the fuck out of those hiding pussies."

And then after hours of thinking the same thing, I got it.

I thought it was out of convenience but it seems that there is a condition for it.

Is it the needs? the wants? What is it?! What do you want?!

...

I'll keep doing what I've been doing for now...

I've been on this world for more than a month now.

I've completely familiarized myself with the area from here until 25 km away.

During these times, I was finally able to unlock a skill and I think I know the trigger for it.

In order to get a skill, you need to have the image and wisdom to unlock it.

I'm not to sure about it and this is just me using some big words but... I unlocked a new attack skill by doing this-

I'm by the waterfall again, thinking how the heck would I ever get a new skill.

I've tried everything!

Spinning, jumping, doing acrobatic exercises, running and dashing, meditating like an idiot, yoga, and many more!

BUT NOTHING!

Nothing...

Ugh... Im so tired.

It's still lunch time and fewer animals are appearing in this area.

Probably because I've been hunting them nonstop everyday.

Sigh...

The waterfall was yet again, loud as always.

Ughhh, is there no way I can snooze this loud ass waterfall??

It's really irritating to be thinking of an idea and you have to listen to this loud waterfall.

Can't I just make a wall or a door, or something?!

Oh yeah! and also, Screw you God of Dirt! It's been 2 weeks and why the heck am I still not an earth bender huh?!

I've been trying to unlock your stupid ass powers for a long time now!

Tried throwing rocks, carrying rocks, digging holes, sticking my head in mud-

I heard a distinctive sound coming from the waterfall and so I came to check.

I looked upwards and saw nothing but water continuously falling.

What the heck was that?

I'm pretty sure I heard something...

I looked closer and that's when I noticed a shadow within the waterfall.

What the-

It dashed right in front of my face.

Is it a fish? But it looks like a snake!

This fish-snake kept swimming upwards and downwards the waterfall like it was just a normal calm river.

What is that thing?

I got closer and suddenly, it moved towards me.

Woosh!

What the-

Snap!

I quickly backed away as the shadow went out of the waterfall and tried to bite me.

And there I saw it's appearance.

It was a silver coloured eel looking animal animal. It had sharp edges, making it somewhat resemble a sword.

What are you?

Sword Eel? Makes sense.

After it showed itself, it quickly returned back inside the waterfall and once again stayed swimming around there, as if waiting for me to come at it.
