Chapter 4: Leaving the orphanage

"What?!"

"You don't want me to?"

"No, I just... I thought it would take a while to, you know..."

"I see. Well, I know you won't mistreat me. You are a good man. And I have somewhere felt jealous of the kids who got adopted before me. And this was also the truth. I always felt left out in here because Ray just took care of us providing us with food, water, shelter and clothing and nothing else. Forget about the other kids aged 5-10.

And now I can even get in the sports school I wanted to and which I wasn't able to attend earlier. It's fate if someone from such a high social standing is offering to adopt me. I am sure I can get into many better things if I stay and if he does something to upset me, welp, I will run away. I am also curious about the aura I felt from him back there. "You still are young concentrate on growing up rather than looking young. Do that after you become 30."

"Heh, well ya." Can't deny that but he looks so young ya.

"ah, yeah...." I said feeling awkward. I still can't ya. We have just met goddamnit. It's way to embarrassing.

"Yes..." He said. Is he getting what I am feeling too? Thankyou Lord!

" That's so Awkward" I suddenly heard Mrs. Jullieta's voice from the door that was wide open. I- wait when did the door to the main gate open?

"I came to take back my mobile when I saw the door open and you both talking. The whole conversation went about so awkwardly except a few parts. You both should concentrate on talking more when you get home. Aishhh! I wanted to shoot myself with the amount of cringe there." Wow this woman is unhinged af. And by how much of an accent she's putting in, I feel like she had given up on us both. But she should not say that like we are still in the initial phase.

"It will happen over time Mrs Jullieta." I said protecting my side and why I didn't wanna call him dad.

"Hopefully. But congratulations to you both." She said.

"Thank you so much."

"Thank you Jullietta." Dad said.

Well it will take some time for me to get adjusted with him but I liked the way all if it was going. I just hope my new life goes well too.
