#monday in school#

-Jay: "daniel wanna go to the snack shop"

-daniel: "yea sure kai would like to join I'll tell him"

-jay: "no I'm in a hurry let's go!!"

-daniel: "o-ok.."

Daniel was clearly nervous and uncomfortable with how pushy jay was acting all of a sudden but he left with him anyway and after a few moments they got back to class.

-kai: "oh there you are dan! where were you?"

-daniel: "t-the snack shop"

-kai: "without me?" He asked while staring suspiciously at jay.

-daniel: "yea jay said he was in a hurry"

-jay: "I didn't want to embarrass you..

i know you don't have money"

-kai: "what did you just say!?"

-daniel: "guys please"

-kai: "why are you hanging out with him anyway?"

-daniel: "he apologized "

-kai : "and,??"

-jay: "come on kai stop being so bitter be like daniel.."

Jay wrapped his arm around Daniel's shoulder slowly.

Kai was just looking at where jay was going with his arm.. he couldn't believe that Daniel can't see that the devilish smile on Jay's face is not good news..

But he didn't want to make a big deal out of it and cause a scene again.

-kai: "anyway.. be careful danny tell me if anything happens" that's all he said before walking away.

-daniel: "..this is so awkward"

-Jay : "i know right? he always makes the situation worse and harder"

On the weekend,

Daniel was chilling in his house till he got a call from an uknown number.

-daniel: "hello.. who is this?"

-jay: "it's me jay, i got your number from Rony"

-daniel: "oh hi"

-jay: "wanna hang out this noon?"

-daniel: "I'd like to but I won't go without kai"

-jay: "Daniel, kai has a girlfriend don't you think that it's improper for you to be around them all the time? Don't get me wrong.. I'm sure they want to be all by themselves sometimes where they can act all lovey dovey you know.. in school and on weekends too maybe they'd like to go out on a date, so let's don't take kai away from anya, yeah?"

Daniel took a moment to think about what Jay's just told him.. he remembered what anya said the other day and thought that jay might be right this time.

-daniel: "yea you're right I think I should be pulling back a bit for now"

-jay: "good, see you then!"

#Next morning#

Daniel and kai were walking to school together.

-kai : "what did you do on the weekends, you didn't call me"

-Daniel: "nothing important"

Of course jay has to always join at the wrong times.. he saw kai and daniel walking ahead of him so he tried to catch up to them with fast steps.

-jay: "hey goodmorning.. daniel do you wanna go to the cafeteria we've been to in the weekend again after class?"

Kai put his head down as he realized that Daniel was trying to keep the truth from him..

-daniel: "a-ah that?? no I wanna be with kai"

-jay: "come on daniel, didn't you say something about feeling uncomfortable around him because he has a girlfriend and it makes you feel like an outcast?"

-kai: "you said that?"

-daniel: "n-no i-i d-di.."

Kai was feeling a bit down but he didn't want to show it, he and for the first time ever felt like he was losing his bestfriend to his enemy..

He felt weak imagining Daniel having fun with jay on the weekends when it should've been him. He knew Jay's true intentions but he couldn't prove it to Daniel..

And being tired of all the drama that was happening, he left them behind and went to school on his own.

-daniel : "W-WHY DID YOU DO THAT???"

-jay: "I just want him to pay more attention to his girlfriend.. Anya and I.. have a mutual friend yeah? This friend told me that anya is tired of getting treated like one of his homies.

He'd not believe that I'm trying to help that's why I spoke of your behalf, I'm sorry I should've asked for your permission"

-Daniel: "is that so..."

#next week#

-jay : "hey danny.. is it okay to call you this? Haha I think we're not close enough to call you like this"

-daniel: "it's fine jay we've been hanging out for weeks now"

-jay: "thanks"

Jay saw kai entering the class and going to his desk so he had to take the conversation with Daniel a little bit further after making sure that kai can hear him.

-jay: "hey danny, wanna come to my place tonight?"

-daniel : "a-ah? Why All of a sudden?"

Kai sighed from his place then went to where jay and Daniel were sitting.

-kai: "Jay I can't hold it back anymore,

seems like you're trying to get between us.. this is so much like you, I'm not surprised.."

-jay: "what do you mean "so much like me"?"

-daniel: "guys please don't fight.. kai why are you picking up fights with people all the time? Stay still for once,

and can't you see jay is trying to be friends with us? stop being so rude to him

I cannot take this attitude of yours!

Yes he might be forcing himself to it because mina told him to do so but doesn't that mean we should do the same?? Even though mina told me she didn't- which means he truly is trying to change, he even was helping you with your relationship without even telling you"

-kai: "o-oh!? You really do have a tongue and can talk back after all??

Are you switching up on me Daniel?

Why are you being so mean to me and you stopped hanging out with me lately.. what the hell is wrong with you did he brainwash you?"

-daniel: "brainwash me? I'm not a lost child kai i know what I'm doing "

-kai: "oh you aren't? Why didn't you say so when he and his bitches were bullying you?"

-jay: "why wouldn't he switch up on you? I mean look at yourself.."

-kai : "I'm not talking to you.. so please stop getting on my nerves..And what with helping me with my relationship?? Anya and I are doing just fine"

-daniel: "no you're not, anya is tired of being treated like one of the dudes"

-anya: "what!?"

-Jay: "(haha.. so he believed that. He's so easy..)"

Jay seemed to be enjoying the argument between kai and Daniel.. Well that was his goal after all.

He then addressed anya

"he treats you more like a slave than a homie even, everyone can see it except for you"

-kai: "jay watch your mouth!"

-Anya: "kai.." she clinged to his left arm trying to hold him back.

-Kai: "anya stay out of this"

-jay: "you're fatherless, but still able to afford such a school, it's about time you told them how"

Kai took a deep breath trying to control himself and calm his messy mind as jay continued

"you look angry enough.. aren't you gonna pull a dagger at me.. kai?"

-Daniel: "why would he even do that?"

-Jay: "I don't know, how about you ask your bestfriend whom you know nothing about?"

-Kai: "cut the rubbish jay!"

-jay: "you started acting like an angel since you started hanging out with this weakling.. but I know what you are kai! You cannot fool me. I know what your origins are, yeah?"

-anya: "kai? What's he talking about?"

-jay: "oh! he didn't tell you?" He looked at her then looked back at kai.

-anya: "kai?"

Kai remained silent.. he was hoping for jay not to say anything stupid.

Their eyes were fixated on each other..

Kai was tensing up with every second passes by.. and while they were still in this moment of silence, mina appeared on the door.

-jay: "this kai is a criminal!"

-mina: "o my god this is not good!"

She muttered and rushed to the head teacher's office

After hearing what jay said, kai pushed jay to the floor and jumped on him with nonstop punches

-kai: "you're still bringing this up,

your family caused the death of my dad and I'm still the one considered as the criminal!!!"

-Anya :"kai s-stop we will talk about it later but for now please stop they will drop you out of the school this time!!"

-daniel: "kai p-please stop f-for me.. it all happened because of me I should've listened to you!!"

As they were helplessly trying to stop kai who was completely going crazy at that moment,

mina came back and called him out.

-mina: "kai, the head teacher wants you"

Hearing that, kai let go of Jay..

He slowly stood up and left the class.

-mina: "I'm sorry I had to stop you"

-kai: "thank you because I was going to kill him"

Sezar and Rony kneeled near jay and tried to help him stand up.

-Sezar: "jay are you alright???!"

-Rony: "you're bleeding!!!"

-jay: "SHUT UP!"

Weren't they just watching when he was getting beaten up by kai earlier?

Well they can't be blamed for that honestly... everyone else in there were too shocked and scared to go near them.

-mina: "I hope you're happy now.."

-jay: "mina I was just.."

-mina: "don't talk to me, i keep trying my best to make people change their minds about you and this is how you act??"

-jay: "but mini he was the one who hit me, I'm the victim here"

-mina: "I heard what you said so don't smokescreen jay, I'm so disappointed.

And don't think you're safe, the headteacher asked me to send you to the beholder. "

Jay left the classroom in a rush as mina went to help anya calm down.

-mina: "anya don't worry about kai he won't be kicked out, I explained the situation to the head teacher"

-anya: "what's happening? Why does jay hate kai this much what happened between them??"

Anya seemed to be confused and lost.

She believed that she knew kai real well.. but that wasn't how it looked like anymore.

-mina: "I have no right to tell you.. you'll hear from kai"

-daniel: "I'm sorry it was all my fault.."

-anya: "kai doesn't understand that he sometimes have to give up on some of his dignity to survive.. he'd rather die.."

-mina: "he cannot and I can't blame him on this one.."
