Preparing For Birth

How much longer do I have to be here? It's quite boring ya know.

Oh right, it seems I have a twin!

A sister at that.

I am very suprised to say the least, you see back in my last life I was actually a single sibling. Sadly my father was impotent after having me and couldn't knock my mother up no matter how many times they did it.

In the end my mother left him because what women would want an impotent husband?

But it's not like I really cared.

Actually I didn't really care for any of my parents.

The reason being was because well my mother left when I was a baby so I of course hardly knew her.

However since she left me then I'm obviously not gonna go find her just cause she's my "mother". Simply foolish.

And my father well.. after my mother left he was really the same. He got depressed quite easily, always hit me whenever.

Oh, yea my parents were just your average mortals.

Nothing special about them. Really.

However when I turned 18 I started my road of cultivation and was lucky on the way. And I became the strongest under the heavens.. the end.

But yes I always wanted a little sister especially.

Reasons unknown..

So I am really glad I have one, while I may not care for my "mother" or "father" I will care for her.

You might be wondering why I don't care for my would be parents right?

That's normal.

I already had parents once, so I consider them my true parents even if they were shit.

And I'm also eons older then my current parents, so it would be quite awkward for me a oldie to listen to a junior.

Well I have a feeling they will die so no worries!

I have been meditating this whole time and have strengthened my soul a bit more and can access my mind scape!

A mind scape is what every cultivator has, but cannot access unless you have high compression in soul or a special something.

And of course I have special techniques.

After a bit of concentration, He felt the familiar pull on his mind and found himself in his mind scape. A dreary atmosphere. Metal pipes coming out of the walls and ceiling with water dripping out of them. Dirty looking ground with reinforced brown bricks and a stream of water steadily flowing next to the brick walkway. In other words a sewer…

'NANI! What is with this weird trash shithole? What happened to the vast mountains and land with a nice clear blue sky and some oceans here and there? As soon as I get my soul to a appropriate level this whole things is definitely getting renovated. Seriously what's with this weird physical representation of the soul? Is this a normal thing for everyone? Or just unique to me? I think for everyone though since I don't have the slightest connection to.. this. For now, let's explore maybe there's other things.

Just like that Atlas started exploring his mind scape. Some people might think this as redundant, what's the point in exploring your own mind scape? Well a lot. There could always be something hiding from you. And atlas found something.

Something he wouldn't expect.

His sisters mindscape.

Of course even though it was there, it was quite empty.. with the same exact layout as mine.

Hmmm as I thought it isnt just unique to me, but everyone has this trash mindscape huh.

Nothing to interesting here, I'll leave.

I guess I should not have too long before being born so I will pass the time mediating.

Just like that Atlas spends the last few weeks of his birth in meditation, with the occasional walkthrough of his boring mindscape.

It is currently the day Atlas predicted to be born. Everything was ready, his soul was back to 3 years of age, there were no more noises to hear and most importantly he got into a position to become the big brother. He was currently spending the last few hours as an unborn baby exploring his sisters boring mindscape. Since it will be a while until he comes in again.

With that done, Atlas returned to his mindscape in preparation for his birth.

What he didn't know is that something will happen..
