Rock shlong Speech

"So should we try to find some new friends?" Kyou suggested while pulling Sunny's attention as he was grumbling about his mistakes.

"Well who would want to make us friend, when both of our reputation is bad because rumours. And most of them even think I'm lunatic." Sunny clicked his tongue while looking at whole room.

"Anyways what's with that girl? Because of rumours no one want to band together with us. While why other's are deserting that quiet girl." Sunny pointed to the blonde girl who sat alone in the bench.

The quite girl was delicate, demure and very pretty. Her clothes were neat & clean. She had pale blonde hair, big blue eyes & beautiful face like a porcelain doll.

"Oh she's blind. Let's approach her." He said while walking forward to the the bench.

"Hey....wait. Isn't her whole demeanour doesn't seem odd." Sunny wanted to disagree but he followed too.

At blonde Bench.

"Excuse me? Are the seats in bench occupied?" I voiced my words to start the conversation.

Sunny also deduced that the girl had lose her eye sight after the nightmare. It was her flaw. He couldn't help but get chilled thinking about his flaw and felt shame comparing.

She didn't reply as if she couldn't hear him properly or was in some trauma. We both sat down in seat.

"Hey, I'm Hàorán, you can call me Kyou. And this is my first friend Sunless but you have to ask his permission before calling him with his nickname. Nice to meet you, anyways you can reply later or avoid us as both our reputation is quite worse. Hehe." I gave a long introduction about myself and Sunny as he looked busy observing the groups which had been divided.

Again the girl seemed unresponsive, they both shrugged their shoulders before sighing annoyance. As they had been waiting for induction ceremony to start.

Suddenly a tall man in dark uniform appeared on stage. He looked like a bear offspring. Couldn't tell if he was a furry or not. (But he would seem small if compared to Alcina). He pondered while caressing his chest.

The giant man had wide shoulders, athletic build with gorgeous brown beard. He was a literal representation of Gigachad. He observed everyone before speaking.

"I'm awakened Rock, sleepers welcome to Academy." Everyone listened his speech with serious expression.

"In less than a month, you will be summoned

to the dream realm. Some of you might think you're ready but you're definitely wrong. The spell is merciless, cruel and cunning.

The moment awakened decrease their guard, they die. I have seen many deaths. People die when they are killed. Even Saints aren't reassured of their survival."

Bro was trying to scare everyone.

"In following four weeks, we would do our best to help you increase your chances of survival. You would receive the training from best teachers in world. However everything depends when you can return back alive. The responsibility to survive is yours and yours alone."

Except the legacies everyone was looking at each other's with fear. Awakened Rock continued:

"You aren't children anymore. It's a shame as spell has made you evolve you from your past. Your parents, teachers, friends can't help you anymore." After a short nod he continued again.

(Bro has long-ass speech ready even though he isn't the principal/Director of academy. How long would be their speeches, I might need to keep shovel beside me to dig upon my own grave.)

"Now we will talk about the difference between Nightmares and Dream Realm. Most of them know that nightmare influences the real world and lives. As in your first nightmare if you perish there you will bring the nightmare to pass the threshold of reality.

First nightmares are unique because they are designed for individuality. Only single creature can appear but in second nightmare things get dangerous. These nightmares aren't tied to an infected person rather born in dream realm. While the seed of nightmare is growing, any number of awakened can attempt to conquer it.

As if you all perish or can't find the nightmare seed early, you would open a gate in reality through which countless creatures may pass through. Other awakened can help to kill those nightmares but it would come at cost of massive destruction and losses in civilian population."

After that Rock took a long break asking a glass of water. Then again stood at the centre of stage and said solemn voice.

"So it's not wrong to say that the purpose of awakened is to enter nightmare realm, seek out maturing Nightmares and close them before it could affect reality. Now you can see that Nightmares and Dream Realm are connected but they aren't the same. If Nightmare is destination then Dream Realm is a road also much more.

Simply put Dream world is world vast enough to term most parts unexplored. It's also dead, there's no life there only nightmare creatures, corrupted ecosystems and now....us. But it wasn't dead at past, it was home to several civilizations. Ruins are the proof of their history.

We don't know if Dream Realm exist inside the spell as illusions, just on a very large scale or it's real. With spell forming a pathway to both realities. But wendo suspect that the illusions constructed inside Nightmares are based on history. They're replica of past events, reconstructed from depths of time."

He took a break to make the kids digest the information.

(Well I don't think this theory is correct as I felt the time dilation that I was in past. Spell doesn't show illusions it sends us to past through its sorceries. It depends on us who can fulfill the condition of beating the nightmare.

It's better to keep quiet, I don't have any plans to get so much attraction that even clans get intrested on me. I have to revive Alcina too.... I will do it in our dorms or in Dream Realm. Yahh Dorms might have security cameras, it's better to be safe than sorry.) I inwardly mumbled then looked at quite girl beside me. When I turned around, I found myself being stared by the said girl.

"Did you heard the prof speech?" I asked with concern as it seem the girl had mental scars because of her nightmare.

I expected her to ignore but she nodded after question. Well it's good she's responding. "Ask me if you don't understand what prof said okay?" I smiled before turning away to the professor who seemed ready for continuing his speech.

Well I expected a long speech but it's so shlong! Anyways I can still feel her intent towards me, it didn't had hostility but rather a continuous gaze. (It must be the girl.... well she would more time and rehabilitation.)
