Disha-

"This is the resting area", Alex said as we walked pass there.

"So, you are Alex?" I asked in slow motion.

"Yes, ma'am", he said.

"Don't.... don't call me ma'am. I'm pretty sure, I'm younger than you. Call me by my name", I said to him, trying my best to hide the embrassment of being called as ma'am.

"I don't know your name, ma'am. And even if I did, I still couldn't call you cause it's against the rules", he said clear and loud.

"Sorry that I didn't introduce myself. Hi, I'm Disha", I introduced myself with a smile on my face, that almost fade away when I heard what he said next...

"Hello, I'm Alex. And I'm younger than you are", it sounded like a taunt to me.

"I could argue on that. But I'll let that slide cause I'm a generous person", I said to him as we stood infront of the elevator, waiting for it to come so that I can visit the other departments as well.

"I believe ma'am", he replied with a straight face, like he's been since the moment I've seen him. I could bet a hundred bucks that he's having fun calling me ma'am.

"Can you brief me about whatever you guys do in here? I mean your position, about Raidan's position and of course, why this company is full of male", I asked trying to be funny, as I looked at him.

He is more good looking from up close. Specially his left profile. But to think, he is nowhere even near Raidan. Like I've said before, Raidan is indeed the most handsome man alive. Even hunks like Alex fall behind him.

"Yes ma'am. I'm working as the PA of our boss Raidan's, and the CEO of the company. And about Raidan, he's the chairman of this company. And about what we do in here, it's confidential. And about why we have only male employee, it's also confidential. But just so you know, only this floor doesn't have any female employee, other floors have", he ended his long answer.

I just stared at him, listening to him. Because this is the longest he's spoken so far. I didn't know how to reply to this so I just said, "Just so you know, you work for him, not me".

He looked at me making a face, which I believed said, 'Is that all you could think of saying?'

The elevator's door opened when we were stopped by another handsome guy.

"Alex, wait", that handsome boy said in our direction while he walked gracefully towards us.

"What's wrong?" Alex asked, keeping his straight face.

"Miss Lucy is here, so you've been asked at the chairman's office", he said.

Then that handsome guy finally realized that I was present there so, he turned to look at me . Unlike Alex, this guy has a

very energetic and cheerful personality. I am getting a free spirit vide from him.

"Umm, who this might be?" he asked raising an eyebrow.

"Oh, this is the lady boss. As in boss's fiance", Alex explained.

"Hello I'm Disha. Pleasure to meet you", I introduced myself with a smile.

"Hello, Disha, I'm Aaron, Aaron Benjamin. I'm the head of marketing department. It's so good to finally being able to meet you", he also introduced himself with a smile.

Aaron has the face of a lively person. He seems like someone who loves to spends his life counting five to six. But yeah, his simple life means a very luxurious life with famous brands. Because as I can see, he's covered in LV from head to toe. As I was taking my time to inspect him, Alex and Aaron started to walk all the way back to Raidan's office. I had a hard time to catch up with them.

"Who's Lucy", I asked as I finally matched up with their pace. But they had long legs. So it's really hard to keep up with them.

"Lucy is the head of PR department. One of the oldest employee. And our chairman loves her a lot", Aaron said in an enthusiastic voice.

Her? Lucy is a girl?? It's not that I didn't know Lucy is a feminine name but I just thought since there are no females so.... And what, he loves her?? Are you kidding me?? Didn't Raidan say that I'm the only one in his life...?? Indeed men are dog!! You can't even trust your dream boy. Now let me go and see how beautiful she is that he loves her so much...!?!?

"Disha? You okay??" Aaron called out as I went quiet suddenly.

"Yeah, yeah... I was just... thinking something", a forceful grin was all I could give.

We are approaching the office, Aaron is infront of us, he's pushing the door open. I can see Raidan and a lady's back facing him. Her back tells me that she's very elegant. Am I gonna lose to her?? And on top of that Raidan's expression seems as if I'm interrupting something.

"Boss! They are here", Aaron reported.

"Boss, you asked for me?" Alex asked. I noticed the look in his eyes when he talked to Raidan. It's a very gentle expression, unlike how he's with me, defensive.

Raidan instructed something to Alex using his eyes, things between men, huh!!! Then Raidan looked at me as if expecting something.

"What? Am I interrupting something?" I asked loud enough for him to hear from inside the office, because I was standing outside.

"Of course not. Come here, lemme introduce you", he said once again holding out his hand.

I hesitated a moment but I took his hand anyway. I was dying to see how Lucy looks like but I couldn't just stare at her like that. So I waited, cause Raidan said he was going to introduce me.

"This is Aaron, the head of marketing department. He's a very component person", Raidan said as he stood up from his chair.

"Yeah, I know. We met out there", I said with a gentle smile.

"And you know Alex, he's the CEO and my PA", he added.

"He's got double standard", I said under my breath.

"And this is Lucy, she's the head of PR department", he said.

Finally, I was going to see how she looks like. And as I finally saw her face, I saw her... She's... She's old. Really old.... Should be over 65. Wow.... I'm surprisingly shocked.

"Hello Lucy, I'm Disha. Nice to meet you", I said as my lips curved into a smile.

"You know, she's the grandma I never had", Raidan confessed. And his confession put me on the cloud nine. In his eyes, he still has that cold look, but I could see the longing behind his eyes. Longing for family!!

"Don't worry, I've grandmoms, you are going to have a lot of grand parents",

I told him, moving my face closer to his ear so that only he could hear.

"Let's go", he suddenly said.

"You are done here?" I asked as he took his jacket from the hanger.

"Yeah", he put on his jacket and hold my hand.

"Good bye. Until next time", I said as I looked around the faces in the room. Aaron waved a bye with a very big smirk.

"I believe you", Raidan suddenly spoke.

"What?"

"I believe that you are going to help me make up for everything I never got", he expressed, looking into my eyes. And now he looks and feels warm and gentle.

And there goes again my heat skipping beats after beats. I don't know why I never find out words at the most important situations. Like right now, I don't know what to say at this moment. So, I just nodded.
