Rue had a solemn face as she looked at the raging explosion beneath her.
She didn't think that it would be much of a big deal. However, feeling the raw power around her, she knew that nothing good will happen.
After sending the soldiers to a more distant and safe place far from the underground bunker, she released her refined Qi and attempted to contain the blast.
At first, nothing happened!
She pushed herself to her limit as she knew that the situation wasn't one for her to keep holding back, but it wasn't sufficient.
It would have been easier if we were talking about a 5x5 yard place, however, the bunkers took a good 5x5 miles which in any sense, not even Rue could handle something that widespread and powerful.
She was defeated!
