You stood there barely breathing. Zack swung his sword catching both guards in the chest with one swing. The guards fell back in a heap. He turned around to survey the area, possibly checking for more guards, but what he saw instead was you.

The moment his bright blue eyes made contact with yours you lost all sense of control. You broke into a sprint towards him. You pushed past guards and other fighters trying to get to him. Zack had dropped his sword and rushed for you as well. You dove into his open arms and immediately felt safe. It didn't matter that a battle raged around you. With Zack everything felt secure and safe. Zack held you close to his body. One hand was wrapped around your waist; the other was tangled in your hair in the back of your head. Your feet weren't even touching the ground. A sob racked your body, but you smiled through your tears.

He pulled back only to pull you close into kiss. His lips were rough on yours and filled with desperation. That wasn't it though; it was filled with so much more. The passion nearly made you buckle. If Zack hadn't been holding you so tightly you may have fallen to the floor. He pulled back and set a kiss on your forehead.

"[Name] I'm so sorry this is all my-"

"No it's mine. I shouldn't have-"

"I wanted to come sooner but we couldn't and-"

"Zack I missed you so much." You cried as you reached up and leaned your forehead against his. He just gazed down at you with his bright blue eyes. That's when it finally hit you.

That was the moment that you, without a doubt, realized that you were absolutely and utterly in love with Zachary Fair. Your heart beat sped up in your chest. You had loved him during the summer since the day he first told you that he loved you. There was no shadow of a doubt in your mind.

"Zack?" You couldn't stop grinning. Zack's lips were pulled up in his signature smile as well.

"Yeah?"

You leaned up and pressed your lips lightly against his before pulling away again, "I love you, Zack. You, and you alone."

He opened his mouth then closed it again. His smile seemed blinding. Zack leaned forward and pulled you into a tight hug.

"I love you too [Name]. I’d offer you my heart, but you've already had it since day one." He whispered into your ear with a smile.

You and Zack had been so caught up in your moment you didn't realize that the fight around you had begun to die down. Neither if you realized that the rebels were winning, that they actually had a chance to survive.

Then again neither of you realized either that two men waltzed through the front door unhappily. Neither of you realized that it was the King of Passim and your supposed "fiancé".

Your breath caught in your throat as you watched Axel fight. He spun his chakrams out leaving a trail of fire behind it. The guards fell to the ground as the chakrams returned to Axel's hands. He turned around expecting another guard to step up. He froze when he saw you though. The moment his green eyes made contact with yours you lost all control.

You grabbed the hem of your dress and sprinted towards him. You had to push past guards and other fighters. Axel did the same as you. He dropped his chakrams and met you halfway. He scooped you up in his arms and spun you around in a tight hug. Your feet hovered over the ground as he buried his head into the crook of your neck. Your fingers reached up and tangled themselves into his fiery red hair. Without breaking his embrace, he pulled his head back and pressed his lips firmly against yours. His heat washed over you in waves as passion and desperation for you radiated off the kiss. It didn't matter that a war raged on beside you. Right now the only thing you saw or heard was him. Everything else just seemed like background music. Axel broke the kiss and planted a peck on your forehead.

"[Name], I'm so sorry this is all-"

"It's all my fault Axel! I shouldn't have-"

"No. I shouldn't have yelled at you. I was being stupi-"

"Axel I missed you so much." You cried out. Axel rested his forehead against yours and chuckle.

"I missed you too. Got it memorized?" He replied wearing a genuine smile.

That was when it really hit you. That was the moment when you realized, without a doubt, that you were utterly and absolutely in love with Axel Sinclair. From the moment he first said that he loved you, you had loved him. That was clear now. There was no way you could live without him anymore.

"Axel?" You murmured brushing your lips against his. He pressed his lips against yours lightly then leaned back.

"Yeah?" His lips were spread out in a wide smile as he gazed at you softly.

"I love you, and you alone Axel. Got it memorized?" You said smiling.

Axel opened his mouth then shut it again. He chuckled and nodded his head. Axel pulled you back into a tight hug and whispered, "I love you too [Name]. More than you can even imagine. Commit it to memory."

You and Axel had been so caught up in your moment you didn't realize that the fight around you had begun to die down. Neither if you realized that the rebels were winning, that they actually had a chance to survive.

You stopped breathing as you watched Leon fight. He shot one of the guards then lunged forward and sliced the other across the chest. He turned around expecting another guard to step up, and froze when he saw you. The moment his cool eyes made contact with yours you lost all control.

You began to sprint towards him. You had to push past guards and other fighters. Leon did the same as you. He dropped his gunblade and met you halfway. He scooped you up in his arms and held you tight against his chest. Your feet hovered over the ground as he buried his head into the crook of your neck. Your fingers reached up and tangled themselves into his hair. Without breaking his embrace, he pulled his head back and pressed his lips firmly against yours. A sense of desperation seemed to be in the kiss, but it was quickly smothered by layers of passion. Leon's lips molded to yours in a familiar, loving way. It didn't matter that war was raging around you. You had Leon and that was all that mattered at the moment. He broke the kiss and leaned his forehead against yours. He set your feet down but kept his arms tight around you.

"[Name], I-I am so-"

"This is all my fault Leon! I shouldn't have-"

"No. I shouldn't have yelled at you. I was being so stupi-"
