Chapter 26 : The Clash

Flying straight for the valley Damien caught up with his horse so he quickly flew straight down and landed on it as he grabbed the rope and tried to get the horse at bay before riding away.

The General had just gotten to the place where Damien had trapped the demons as he frowned

"isn't the boy meant to be a low born " he asked himself speaking his thoughts out

"i don't trust he is cause if he is he shouldn't be this strong hmm he even used plant manipulation" he thought to himself speaking out load

"we need to find them quick they have to go soon" he said as he raced away as the soldiers followed him behind.

Back at the valley Damien had just arrived as he galloped straight into the midst of the soldiers

"you are back finally" Natasha said as sge left her mother side

"yeah but we have one problem" he replied "the moment you guys left i saw about forty soldiers heading your way and they are been lead by General Mawson" Damien said trying to catch his breath

"what the General is leading them impossible" a guard said shouting

"well not really so we need to be ready for a huge opponent" Alex said as he pulled out the bag full of weapons as he emptied it on the ground as different weapons fell from the bag swords, clubs,hammers, knife, daggers ,whips and shields Alex had taken his time to raid the weapons room and it seems was the time it all paid of as all of the soldiers selected a weapon and prepared themselves for the attack.

Getting to the valley General Mawson was shocked at what he saw as the royal guards along with Alex Natasha and Damien stood ready to fight

"i pick the General" alex and Damien said at the same time surprising each other

"fine we can share him" Damien said as they went after the demon soldiers and the General

Seeing them charge towards him General Mawson gave the order to attack as the demon soldiers galloped towards the running men. flying into the sky Damien used the multiplying spell as he controlled thunder throwing it straight at the General as Alex used his fire fist he blew the ground as he created a massive explosion in the ground causing it to form a very large crater as he jumped at the General who had managed to dodge Damien attack. seeing Alex come at him the General used a barrier spell to block his incoming attack before grabbing him and throwing him to the ground as Damien came down with a phantom kick spell which broke his barrier as he launched his own attack at Damien but Damien dodged using his winds he shot a large wind blade at the General but he wasn't someone Damien could just beat. running towards the General Alex clapped his hand sending a huge blast towards him as the blast pushed him forward to Damien who in turn used both strength spell,phantom spell and the yellow beam he had used on the soldier back in the woods as he punched the General who came directly towards his punch causing him to cough a mouthful of blood as he tried to stand up but recieved another hit as he saw a staff hit him right in the head sending him back to the ground. Most of the demon soldiers where dead already and those who weren't dead had fled for their lives as they didn't want to return to the underworld.

As the General tried standing he felt a sharp pain as he felt his leg being smashed as a groan escaped his lips as Natasha stood with a sword in his legs. staring in her eyes he saw hatred in it as she hated him for what happened to her father. Pulling the sword out of his legs she aimed for his heart as she threw the blade straight for it but it was stoped as Damien used an energy ropeto grab it before it was able to do any damage.

"we can't kill him" he said throwing the sword far away from her

"what he tried to kill us and he is working for Garcias" Alex said looking at Damien

"he killed our father i will kill him " Natasha said as she used the winds to pull her towards her hand but it was stopped by Damien as he pulled the sword .

"listen to me first" Damien said

"i am not listening to you so give me my sword let me avenge my father" she said

"hmm avenge your father seriously was i the one who killed him" Mawson said looking at her

"but you work with the person who killed him" she fired

"yeah at the risk of my head last night Garcias gathered the Generals and the Grandmasters and told us to swear our loyalty to his empire or we die the three Grandmasters are dead five Generals are dead i didn't want to loose my head for nothing so i joined and beside the more dead warlocks the more mystical energy he gets rmto raise his army so it is a lost cause and i didn't come here to kill you i came here to bring you back as my prisoners Garcias said i should bring you alive" he said sitting on the ground looking at all the people surrounding him

"wait first, if we kill him it would only prove that we are in this valley but if we let him leave to tell Garcias that we aren't here they won't bother checking the valley giving us enough time to get your mother the help she needs" Damien said "so we would need to heal his wounds" Damien added staring at them.

"what why would we do that" Natasha asked as she was already pissed of

"we would need to convince Garcias that he didn't get into a battle" Damien said

"how are we sure he would truly deny seeing us " a soldier asked confused

"well that is up to him if he values the life he sold his country for he should be able to tell a small lie for it then" Damien said as he looked at the General.
