Chapter 54 - Haruto Vs Sougetsu ma

I've just seen few more Hentai and thought those girls deserve better fate than what is shown. But I'll do it in the future. Not now.

By the way, I'll try my best to make the arc originals but bare in mind that it might come off as Slice of life. I also might even remove Ikkutousen and change it into Dragon Rioting.

Looking at Sougetsu! Haruto released his Dual Ki knowing that he couldn't go easy on him and the moment he did that Sougetsu thought so that's the reason it felt the aura of Kansei Ma from him.

As he released his Ki, Haruto moved appearing in front of Sougetsu and used his knee to kick him at his stomach but Sougetsu blocked it with one of his hand and used his other to punch towards Haruto who used his right hand to redirect the punch away from him then punched with his left hand but Sougetsu was ready for it as he brought a punch of his own.

The punches connected with each other as both of them were Sougetsu was pushed a single step while Haruto was pushed back 6 to 7 steps. From this exchange it could easily be seen that Sougetsu had the upper hand.

'I need to fight Sougetsu until Kansei Ma arrives'

Haruto was surprised by the reward but didn't think of it and was concentrating on fighting Sougetsu. He couldn't deny that he was excited and scared at the same time. But Haruto learns after fighting in Kengen Matches that fear and Excitement give the same feeling only that Excitement is a reaction to danger like how you ride a roller coaster.

"Great job kid, you have made me serious." Sougetsu released his aura after which Haruto started to feel pressure as it was his first time seeing a Grand master release his own aura in front of Haruto as his own masters would never do that.

"You ready kid as I am going to kill you if you don't beat me…" Sougetsu was seriously taking Haruto who was at the level of a Low Master when using his [ Tempest ] and wasn't planning back down hoping to see how he'll fare against someone who won't hold back.

"Oh? You're approaching me? Instead of running away, you come right to me?" Sougetsu Ma said looking at Haruto who wasn't backing down.

"I can't beat the shit out of you without getting closer." He said and turned his attention to Renka Ma.

"Renka Ma-san!" Haruto called out to her as she stood up from behind where she was able to sense the change of his Ki shrouding his body where it almost seems he has impenetrable defense.

"Try your best to escape because Shit is about to go down." He took a stance showing signs that he's taking this a lot more seriously where explosive forces cause the glass in the building to shatter as sonic boom was produced by Sougetsu Ma straight punch trying to kill Haruto where it got Renka Ma blow off and tried to stand on her feet as she saw Haruto having redirect the force upward.

Sougetsu was astonished that he was able to redirect his fist and immediately ove frozen strike into his body but it was a minor inconvenience as Haruto stepped back and his opponent move in blinding speed as both were at a stand still as Haruto his [ Ryuusui Seikuken ] allowed him to defend rather easily.

'How is he able to exchange blows against Sougetsu Ma!?"

The force of their attacks shook the entire floor and they were doing this without breaking a sweat. Haruto was focused on putting extra effort in his movement and technique rather than simply adding more power.

Haruto tilted his head getting graze by his fist causing it to bleed but he remained calm and jumped over his arms redirecting it downward then did a back kick to Sougetsu but he blocked it with his other hand as Haruto landed on his fit then propelled himself forward.

Sougetsu and Renka Ma were surprised when he appeared to leave after images as the grandmaster was alert, seeing the technique that he hadn't seen before.

The Grandmaster was taken aback by his blinding speed and received a powerful blow into his stomach that was shockingly strong enough to cause him pain.

"Not a bad kid." Even with that, Sougetsu is a Grandmaster in all Hard Form of Chinese Kenpo meaning his body was more resilient and tougher than that of Soft Form practitioner. He charged his fist and slammed it into Haruto who sensed the incoming attack and quickly acted.

Following the trajectory of the attack allowed him to lessen the impact as he let himself fall and flipped then kick redirecting the force of the attack back at Sougetsu who was surprised and pushed back. The combatant stepped back reevaluating each other's strength.

'Should I use [ Supreme Paragon ]?' Haruto thought the chance of winning was slim without relying on his augmented forms. He exhaled knowing that he was going to improve by constantly relying on a power up. Not to mention, his pride and [ Battle Junkie ] mindset was stopping him from going all out.

'I need to put more trust in my technique.' He said to himself, recalling how Ohma relies too heavily on [ Possessing Spirit/Advanced ] and forget the importance and power of the Niko Style. Everything had happened in a matter of a single minute as Renka Ma regained her senses.

"Tsk! I won't leave you alone when this is also my fight!" Renka Ma stubbornly joined in and tried to sneak attack her uncle only for him to spin his body and about to strike her body where Renka Ma won't be able to change her trajectory and evade the attack. But Haruto appeared pushing her away and took the attack and shattered his bones and internal organs before getting slammed into the walls.

"Haruto!" Renka Ma shouted seeing him get flung into the wall immediately went to check up on him where he was wincing but seemed to be recovering.

"I'm fine, next time let me handle it." Haruto said standing back up seemingly as if he didn't even receive a powerful blow before. Renka Ma was taken aback by his body being able to withstand the attack.

"That was impressive, my brother taught you well." Sougetsu praised his skills, readjusting his movement and before Haruto could even react was about to receive an elbow strike.

"But not enough to save you." However, Haruto took the attack then spread the force by slamming his feet into the ground where the forces rebound into Sougetsu who was taken aback by his technique.

Sougetsu found his technique started to get annoying and power through the attack where he stepped back looking at Haruto who failed to transfer all the forces.

"Dammit but I guess this is how far I go when it comes to my techniques and skills." Haruto said panting , feeling his inside ruptured and broken but used [ Hercules Methods ] to restore himself back to normal.

"Good that you know, it's a pity you have to die here." Sougetsu charged his fist once again preparing to attack but It was only then something crashed and the window on the 1st floor was broken and from it came Kansei Ma standing in between Haruto and Sougetsu.

"Brother?" Kansei Ma said looking at his brother then to his daughter and student with Haruto smirking seeing his master.

"Took you long enough." Haruto said while wiping away the blood and fixing his body, surprising Renka Ma that he recovered rather easily.

"Kansei Ma! I thought you were already here!?" Sougetsu said.

"Are you still living like this?" Kansei Ma asked from sougetsu, feeling great pain seeing his brother walk the path of death and sorrow.

"Finally... I can finally settle things with you." Sougetsu said, not replying to Kansei Ma's question directly but he already got his answer through his actions.

"Ah...Papa" Renka said. as she stood up and tried to walk towards him but was stopped by Haruto who held her hand.

"That is not a place where you can help him so just stay right here." Haruto firmly said glaring at her forcing Renka Ma to comply. Perhaps if Haruto went all out then the outcome would be his victory but at the cost of death not his but Sougetsu.

"Haruto take Renka out of here!?" said Kansei Ma to Haruto while looking at him.

"No, I am not going anywhere. We will be going together from here." Renka Ma shouted angrily determined to fight alongside her father with Kansei feeling a bit proud that she has the stubbornness of her mother.

"Kansei Ma, I suppose this is your student?" Sougetsu asked as he looked at Haruto.

"Though he uses other styles along with Chinese Kenpo, I can clearly see your kenpo style in him. At least you have chosen a good student, he is much better than your other students" Sougetsu complimented, impressed by his skills and spirit.

"Yeah I lucked out in that." Kansei Ma replied.

"Maybe... but it's his bad luck to fight against me so I will have to kill him." Sougetsu said and Haruto glared at him.

"It's unfortunate, isn't it, that even after 20 years you still don't understand. As I thought, you can't get back on the proper path brother... we were able to laugh together way back when!" Kansei Ma said disappointed at his brother.

"Ha! Stop Talking nonsense , Kansei Ma. It's already too late." Sougetsu replied with his hidden emotion clouded by his own self hatred.

"Even if it is by these hands, I will make you stop being a martial artist." Kansei Ma said as he did the clasped fist schedule.

"Ha! Don't be cocky, Kansei Ma. You shall die witnessing the meaning of martial arts!" Sougetsu said as he did the same clasped fist schedule.

"Papa noo...!" said Renka as she understood the meaning of the Right hand wrapped around the left fist was the sign of duel to death!

"Don't say anything Renka but just watch the fight between grand masters" Haruto said and Sougetsu punched first with such a speed that it brought wind pressure with it breaking down all the window glasses on that floor but Kansei Ma deflected it with his right hand and Haruto and Renka could feel the wind blowing towards them with the remnant strength in the Punch and if Haruto wasn't standing in front of her Renka may have fallen because of it.

After deflecting the punch Kansei Ma jumped on the side, used the wall to go at Sougetsu's back and used his palm and attacked him but sougetsu turned at the same moment and attacked with the palm of his own creating a shockwave as they were pushed back.

As the fight between them started to get fiercer they moved in the building while fighting breaking the walls of the building. Haruto followed them while carrying Renka in her arms as a princess.

"Whaat! Are you doing? I can walk on my own" said Renka as she hitted Haruto on his chest, which didn't hurt him at all.

"No, I feel like you'll act reckless again and it would be bad if you really get hurt.." Haruto said, making Renka blush a little more.

Sougetsu kept on punching Kansei ma with more power while Kansei ma deflected his punches with more punches then before.

Sougetsu attacks with a single palm strike, the user blasts the opponent upwards upon impact towards Kansei ma who jumped upwards and did a backflip in the air and used the corner walls as a support to stay up there.

"Hm..as always, a splendid power transfer. Taking all the force of my attack..." Sougetsu said.

"Your strong fist hasn't weakened even a little bit either... It seems both of us have continued to train. The honest heart that faced martial arts, when did it become crooked?" Kansei ma said .

"Sougetsu the hard and Kansei ma the soft both are renowned as the strongest hand-to-hand fighters of China... the two have exactly the same power" Renka said, taken aback by her father and uncle's fight. She thought if Sougetsu was serious then he could have ended both of them in a flash.

A massive explosion was heard as the whole building in which they were standing was blasted by the Mafia group whose leader was beaten by Sougetsu.

They both made the walls of the building weak therefore Kansei ma had to jump down to the ground giving an opening to Sougetsu.

"There's my opening! Kenpo is a weapon for efficiently destroying your opponent! Pure Power" Sougetsu said as he elbowed Kansei ma on his stomach.

"Guahh.." Kansei ma said as he shouted in pain.

"Papa nooo..." Renka shouted as she tried to get out of Haruto's grasp but couldn't get out as he held her tightly.

"Master Kansei ma hasn't lost just look." Haruto said luckily held Renka or she will really do something reckless. A noise came from Sougetsu's as blood came out from his mouth.

"Weapons don't kill people. It's the people who wield those weapons that kill people.. Brother you were overwhelmed by your own power." Kansei Ma stated looking at his brother receiving a blow from his attack.
