Hunter walked into his office with the sandwich in hand, and his mind still lingering on the morning's events with Delilah.
As he approached his door, he noticed something unusual. Through the glass, he could see his grandmother seated at the head of the conference couch with Sabrina next to her.
He frowned when he saw Fred standing by the side and looking slightly anxious. Why hasn't Fred bothered to inform him that his grandmother was at the company? He mused as he pushed the door open with a puzzled expression on his face.
"Grandmother, what a surprise! I didn't expect to see you here so early," he said as he closed the door behind him and walked further into the office.
He leaned down to kiss her forehead before glancing at Fred. "Why didn't you inform me she was here?"
Fred cleared his throat, looking uncomfortable. "Madam Quinn asked me not to call you, sir," he said apologetically.
