Dinner

Alex ran up the stairs and rushed inside the too room without thinking.

Nathan who was getting dressed stopped turning to see her walk in and move towards the bed. She suddenly stopped and her neck gazed towards his direction.

"Alex," he said putting on his shirt without buttoning it Nathan walked to her. She moved back as her eyes rested on his chest.

Turning away she apologized, "Am sorry I came in without thinking, I forgot you were in here"

"It's okay, am already dressed," he said.

She inhaled, was that what he called dressed, she could see his nipples and perfect chest. Her eyes stole another glance.

"What's wrong, did you forget something?" he asked

She nodded peeking at the bed, "my teddy"

He chuckled, "Oh this huge guy" Nathan walked to the bed and picked up the bear. "here you go" handling it to her.

"Thank you, am going to go now," she said

"I will be out shortly," he said.

Becca smiled as she watched Alex walk out with a blushed face.

"Something happened?" she asked.

"No" Alex held her bear and glanced away.

"Okay," Becca smirked.

Nathan come out soon after and they drove off. Alex was checking her phone and replying to her sister and mother who had sent their wishes to her last night.

"We are here "announced Becca.

"Alex" Nathan called her.

"Mmm," she met his gaze.

"Can I pick you up after work? I want to take you out for dinner" he said.

The hold on the teddy tightened as his gaze rested upon her.

"I might be working late," she said.

"I can wait," he said.

She smiled, "Okay"

"Okay, can I have your number so I will let you know when I arrive," he said passing his phone.

She took it and typed in her number.

"Thank you for the ride and last night, I will be going now," she said.

"Let me," he said getting out and walking to her door. "have a nice day" she heard him say while getting out.

"You too" she walked to the building and turned to see him still standing at his car gazing at her. His hand moved waving at her.

She smiled and waved back then walked in.

Nathan got back inside and smiled down at his phone.

"Your so happy just getting her number," Becca said.

Nathan didn't answer and deleted the name Alex had typed.

Peeking Becca giggled, "My Only with a heart. I didn't know you had this side to you"

Nathan chuckled, "I didn't know either"
