Chapter 10 :Hunt of Royal clock

Emma came to me and said "I am sorry Hazel.Please forgive me." "your apology is accepted and i belive that you will find a person who really loves you" I said this by giving her a hug.

Rahul and I sat on the chairs outside the room.Suddenly Rahul hold my hand and said "I am sorry".I do not understand what he is trying to confess.Looking at my hands he said " I kissed you without your permission.I just want Emma to know about what our relationship is and that is the only way I found.I am sorry Hazel."I understood his intension.I asked him to look into my eyes.He looked at me.I went close to him and kissed him on his cheeks and said "you do not need any permission...." I just smiled looking at him.He said with a smile "in that case can we redo it again?"I felt shy by his words.He started to come close,I closed my eyes.I can feel his breath, my heartbeat increased.Suddenly someone opened the door.And i pushed Rahul.It was Sam.She said "sorry to disturb you both but grandpa is calling you."

We went to grandpa.He is completely fine now.We sat inside the room and started to discuss how to bring the time machine back.We were feeling very hungry and thirsty.There is no food and little water left.So we decided to search for the time machine.

We asked Emma to help us by taking us to the same place where we were found.She was confused.She said "What are you saying.That place has high radiation.Due to the expulsion of factory a lare ozone hole has been formed.You were lucky that you are still alive.If you were not rescued in time then you would have been died.You must be glad that you are saved.But why do you want to go there?"

We dont want to reveal the secret.But Emma looks very curious about it.We somehow managed to divert her.I suddenly got an idea and said to Emma "If that place is so dangerous then how did the rescue team helped us?" Emma explained me and said "they have special costume which will protect them from radiation,UV rays and other harmful chemicals.They will have special oxygen masks to protect them from poisonous gases.This costume is very heavy."

Then please help us with those costumes so that we can go there.Emma smiled at me and said "these costumes are very expensive and only some persons can use.And I have only one pair of that costume."We all are thinking about it.Suddenly an alarm with a large sound started.There was an announcement in the mike saying that A new virus named ....Zombie Virus..is spreading very fast and all are restricted to be inside their homes.We were shocked to hear this.I asked Emma " what happened now?"

Emma was getting panic.She asked "are you from other planet or from other time scale?" We were shocked to hear her words.How could she know about our time travel or is she saying it randomly?Then she continued saying"Due to over exploitation of fuels,pollution,deforestation,global warming,ocean acidification,water pollution,over fishing,chemicals in agriculture has made this earth lifeless.Many plants and animals got extinct.And all these conditions on earth made this place unsafe for life.And above all this due to genetic modification a new virus has been created and due to human misstep the virus was released into atmosphere.People who are effected with this

virus will behave like zombies.Hence it is called Zombi virus.And this is spreading very fast and there is no medicine for it."

These words of Emma made us much more frightened.Sam asked"what are zombies?" Emma said "the virus will enter into the blood stream and increase the production of Ghrelin which will increase your hunger." Then Sam laughed and said "you can give them enough food to supress their hunger." Emma said "their hunger levels are so high.They will eat everything to supress their hunger..... even humans.This is a very dangerous virus.If they find no one to feed on..,, they will eat their own flesh.Look at this news,a women was effected with this virus and she ate her own children.They have no pain and emotions.They are like dead bodies with movement.Hence this disease is called corpse movement disease.This virus will turn humans into beasts.But we are safe hear,this is far away from the people.But I am sure that they will surely reach hear."

We all felt really frightened.The mobile in the cabin started ringing.Emma went to take the call.Grandpa said "we should leave from this place as soon as possible.We should think of something to bring the time machine back."

Then I thought of a plan.As there were only 1 pair of special suits were available only 2 persons can wear it.So Rahul and I will go in search of time machine as grandpa is a bit weak.I dont want him to take this risk.I explained this plan to grandpa.He said "Hazel,my child!! please be careful." So we all decided to exicute this plan next day as it is already evening now.Emma came running to us and said "people in surrounding village have been effected.They can reach hear any time.We should be careful.Close all the doors and windows.Pack everything you want we will shift to upstairs."
